Safe Use Conditions

  • Put the repair stand on the hard and flat ground.
  • Max load capacity is about 30 kg.
  • The main beam must be kept vertical to avoid instability when hanging the bicycle.
  • Please check if the screw joint is tightened and correct before using

Description of Installation Steps

Please, refer to the pictures shown in the beginning of the user guide.

  1. Loosen the quick release handle of the main beam and unfold it outward.
  2. Rotate the knob on the top of the main beam, connect the connecting pipe and tighten them.
  3. Tighten the two screws on the back of the tray and insert them from the top of the connecting tube.
  4. Loosen the tail part and align the bottom of the clip with the top of the connecting pipe and press down.
  5. Fasten the two screws.
  6. Adjust the length and rotation angle of the clip through the tail part knob of the clip.
  7. Fasten the bike with the plastic knob on the clip head.
  8. Fasten the bike with the metal knob at the bottom of the clamp.
  9. 360-degree rotation.
  10. Loosen the knob of the clip, put the bicycle beam in the clip, then tighten it.
  11. You can adjust the clip angle according to different style of bicycles main beam.
  12. Loosen the knob on the balance rod, adjust the length of the telescopic bar and tighten the knob again.
    Tie one end of the rubber buckle to the bicycle main beam and the other end to the front wheel or handlebars.

  • Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
  • Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
  • If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
