Please read the following information carefully to prevent incidents and avoid damaging your device. Any configuration or use other than what is in line with the suggested and intended use is not covered or guaranteed.
Hearing Health
Warning: Listening to sound at high volumes over a prolonged period may cause hearing damage. To prevent possible hearing damage, use your earphones at comfortable, moderate volumes. Turn the volume down before placing the earphones in your ears and then adjust it.
Medical device interference
The earphones and charging case emit an electromagnetic field and contain
magnetic material which may interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators or other
medical devices. Keep a safe distance of separation of at least 10 cm (4
inches) between your medical device and the earphones and the charging case.
Please consult your physician and the medical device manufacturer for further
information regarding your medical device. Immediately stop using the
earphones and charging case if you suspect interference with
your pacemaker, defibrillator or any other medical device.
Choking Hazard
Not suitable for children under age 3. The earphones, the charging case and other small parts included with the MTB 03 may present a choking hazard or can cause other injury to small children.
Water resistance
IP (Ingress Protection) is an international standard that measures how
resistant a product is to water, dust or dirt. The earphones are classified
IPX4. Meaning, that the earphones are sweat and water splash resistant. You
can use them for non-water sport activities and for exercising. They are not
sweat or waterproof. A jet of water or other liquids (e.g. heavy sweating)
will penetrate the earphones. Therefore please do not expose the earphones to
jets of water or heavy sweating. Generally, IPX4 protection can decrease as a
result of normal use.
The charging case is not water or sweat resistant. Do not expose the charging
case to water, rain, liquids or snow. Always keep the charging case dry. Do
not charge wet earphones. Before charging, dry wet earphones with a lint-free
and dry cloth.

You can store the earphones and the charging case at an ambient temperature of -20 °C to 60 °C (-4 °F to 140 °F). Using or storing the devices outside the recommended temperature range may damage the earphones and the charging case.
- Do not store the earphones and the charging case close to magnetic fields.
- To avoid loud, unusual (whistling or beeping) noise and to ensure proper noise cancellation, do not cover the microphones openings of the active noise cancellation circuitry located on the outside of the earphones.
