a. Insert toilet mounting bolts (not supplied) into drain flange. IMPORTANT NOTE: Bolts must be no longer than 2-1/2″.
2b. Position waxless gasket (recommended, not included) on the floor flange. If a traditional wax ring is used, affix to the bottom of the toilet bowl. -

GENTLY align bowl over drain flange guiding mounting bolts through the mounting holes in the base of the bowl
-
a. Reach through the top of the back of the bowl to thread bolt nuts onto bolts and hand-tighten.
5b. Once hand-tightened, use a wrench to tighten further. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN. You will risk cracking the ceramic. Tighten alternately as follows: Left nut = 1/2 a turn; Right nut = 1/2 a turn; Left nut = 1/2 a turn; right nut = 1/2 a turn; then STOP. -
a. Unbox the bidet seat and the rest of the parts in the bowl carton. Hand-tighten the bowl jet supply line to the 1/2″ plastic inlet on the left bottomside of the seat.
6b. Hand-tighten the rim jet supply line to the 1/2″ plastic inlet on the right bottomside of the seat.
6c. Hand-tighten the 3/4″ water supply transfer hose (included) to the center 3/4″ inlet, leaving the opposite end hanging inside the rear cavity of the bowl.
6d. Using an an adjustable wrench, GENTLY tighten each connection. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN AS THE PLASTIC THREADS OF THE INLET WILL BE DAMAGED AND LEAK. -
a. Install seat anchors (included) in bowl deck holes.
7b. Insert plastic hold-down bolt (included) under the rear of anchors/rear deck mounting hole.
7c. Affix seat to bowl by using screws/washers threaded into the anchors in front and by threading washer/plastic nut in the rear.
7d. Insert rubber caps into front screw recesses. -
a. Hand-tighten 1/2″ brass adapter to the water filter (both included).
8b. Hand-tighten filter to 3/4” transfer hose. Using an adjustable wrench, GENTLY tighten each connection. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN AS THE PLASTIC THREADS WILL BE DAMAGED AND LEAK. -
a. Hand-tighten 1/2” supply line (included) to the 1/2” brass filter adapter.
9b. Using a wrench (or channel locking pliers) to secure the brass adapter to prevent over-tightening the plastic filter threads, tighten the 1/2” supply line with a second
wrench. -
Hand-tighten 1/2” supply hose to angle stop. Use a wrench to tighten fully. Ensure supply hose is not kinked or awkwardly bent. The hose should appear as in the picture below.
-
Turn on water and check for leaks.
-
Plug unit into Ground Fault Circuit Interruption receptacle (GFCI) (required, not included).
-
To test the water spray functions, place your hand on the seat where the sensor is located and press either FRONT WASH or REAR WASH. You should have another person present to cover the nozzle while testing, as the nozzle will spray water if operational. flange

Remote control not working| •Are the batteries old or uncharged?| Replace the
battery.
Water pressure is weak| •Is the water pressure set at the lowest level?
•Is the water filter clogged?
•Is the tap water pressure used under the recommended minimum pressure (45-99
PSI / 3.1 – 7.0 kgf/cm2)?
•Are you using a wash cycle while attempting to flush the toilet?| Adjust the
water pressure setting to a higher level.
Clean the water filter.
If pressure is lower than recommended, you may experience a weak flush. Check
your home’s water pressure and confirm it meets the recommended water supply
pressure (45 – 99 PSI / 3.1 – 7.0 kgf/crn2).
Water pressure will fall while the unit is being flushed. Retry the wash cycle
after the flush is complete.
Water is not warm| •Is the water temperature set to OFF or LOW?| Adjust the
temperature setting to a higher level.
The seat is not warm| •Is the seat temperature set to OFF or LOW?
•Is ECO or AUTO power-saving mode activated?| Adjust the temperature
setting to a higher level.
Deactivate any power-saving mode and try again after about 5 minutes.
The warm air dryer is not warm| •Is the DRY temperature set at low?| Adjust
the temperature setting to a higher level.
AUTO FLUSH does not operate| •Is there power to the outlet?| Use MANUAL FLUSH
in the event of a power outage. AUTO FLUSH should function again once power is
restored.
Water flows into the bowl continuously| •Did a power outage occur during an
AUTO FLUSH cycle?| If a power outage occurs while the AUTO FLUSH function is
in use, the unit may continue to flush water. Close the water supply valve and
stop use until electricity is recovered.
Water does not come out| •Is the water supply valve closed?
•Is the water supply cut off?| Open the water supply valve.
Wait until the water supply is turned on.
Weak Flush| • Try adjusting the flush cycle.| The flush cycle can be adjusted
to increase the amount of water in the bowl, creating a stronger flush.
Please visit https://www.icerabath.com/product-faqs for detailed
instructions on how to make the proper adjustments.
I have two or more units in my home. The remote control for one unit sometimes
interferes with the other(s).| • Try adjusting the remote frequencies.| The
remote frequency can be changed to stop cross-interference between two or more
units installed near each other.
Please see pages 21-22 for detailed instructions on how to adjust your
remote(s) frequency.
