Issue Overview: Moisture could form behind the tempered glass if the unit is
brought from cool surroundings into a warm environment or if the temperature
rises suddenly. When this happens the unit’s viewing experience may be
impaired. To prevent this, let the unit stand in its new surroundings for an
hour or more before switching on. If condensation does not disappear or
continues to form, consider relocating the TV. Removing and cleaning of the
glass shield may be required to remove condensation.
How to Handle the LCD Screen: CAUTION: Do not touch or jolt the LCD screen.
This may cause damage to the LCD screen. Use CAUTION when handling and
cleaning the LCD screen.
If the LCD screen is broken, make sure you do not touch the liquid in the
screen.
If the liquid gets in your mouth, immediately rinse and consult with your
doctor. Also, if the liquid gets in your eyes or touches your skin, consult
your doctor after rinsing for at least 15 minutes in clean water.
Procedure to Remove and Clean the Glass Shield: (Recommended this procedure is
performed indoors)
Tools required: #2 Phillips head screwdriver, blanket or sheet.
1. Disconnect the plug from the power source. Remove TV from mount.
Furrion Engineering Center – 1902 West Sample Street, South Bend, IN 46619
2. Lay your TV face down on a soft flat surface, such as a blanket or sheet.
3. Remove the 5 screws from the top of the TV, as shown in the diagram, and
carefully remove the decoration bar.
4. Remove all remaining screws, 3 from each side and 4 flat head screws from
the bottom of the TV that are holding the glass shield. 5. CAUTION: Carefully
lift TV from the bottom to separate it from the glass shield. DO NOT use any
tools to separate the TV from the glass shield as this could cause damage to
the LCD screen. 6. Carefully lay the TV on its back without touching the LCD
screen. 7. With a microfiber cloth and a non-ammonia-based glass cleaner,
gently wipe the glass shield and LCD screen to remove any condensation and
debris. 8. Without touching LCD screen or interior of the glass shield,
carefully place the TV inside the glass shield. 9. Starting at the bottom of
the TV, install the 4 flat head screws. Position decoration bar on the top of
the TV, install 5 screws. Lastly, install remaining 3 screws on each side of

CONDENSATION
Moisture will form in the operating section of the unit if the unit is brought
from cool surroundings into a warm room or if the temperature of the room
rises suddenly. When this happens the unit’s performance will be impaired. To
prevent this, let the unit stand in its new surroundings for about an hour
before switching on,
or make sure the room temperature rises gradually.
Condensation may also form during the summer if the unit is exposed to the
breeze from an air conditioner. In such cases, change the location of the
unit.
How to Handle the LCD Panel
· Do not press hard or jolt the LCD panel. It may cause the LCD panel glass to
break and injury may occur.
· If the LCD panel is broken, make absolutely sure you do not touch the liquid
in the panel. This may cause skin inflammation.
· If the liquid gets in your mouth, immediately rinse and consult with your
doctor. Also, if the liquid gets in your eyes or touches your skin, consult
your doctor after rinsing for at least 15 minutes in clean water.
Possible Adverse Effects on LCD Panel: If a fixed (non-moving) pattern remains

NOT COVERED BY YOUR WARRANTY. Never leave your LCD panel on for long periods
of time while it is displaying the following formats or images:
· Fixed images, such as stock tickers, video game patterns, TV station logos
and websites.

electromagnetic waves. Some equipment placed too close to LCD may cause
interference.
· Effect on infrared devices – there may be interference while using infrared
devices such as infrared cordless headphones.
Power source: This LED TV is designed to operate on 100-240 volt 50/60 Hz, AC
current. Insert the power cord into a 100-240 volt 50/60 Hz outlet.

extension cord, receptacle, or other outlet unless the blades and ground
terminal can be fully inserted to prevent blade exposure.
Warning: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this
apparatus to rain or moisture.
