Battery replacement
- Unscrew the tail cap.
- Insert the battery with the positive terminal towards the head.
- Replace the tail cap and tighten fully.
- Press the tail cap push button to test
Note: Reverse polarity may damage the battery and charger.
ON and OFF Operation
The on-off switch is located in tail of the flashlight. Press the switch fully
to turn on the UV flashlight. The flashlight will turn off if you press the
switch again.
Flashlight Maintenance
- Use a small brush or blow dry air to clean the dust inside the reflector.
- To remove any fingerprints on the lens, use gentle camera lens cleaner and cotton swab, rub gently.
- To prevent the O-ring from drying and threads operating smoothly, please apply petroleum jelly to these surfaces two or three times a year.
- The O-ring prevents water from getting into the flashlight.
- Do not use flashlight for diving, it is not suitable for high pressure under water environment.
- If water gets inside the flashlight, remove the battery immediately and dry, or put the battery in an area with good ventilation.
- The non-anodized metal groove between the tail cap and the barrel must be cleaned periodically to ensure a good electrical contact. Always keep the tail cap spring clean.
Warning:
Reverse polarity may damage the battery and charger. Lithium batteries can
explode or cause burns if disassembled, short circuited or exposed to fire or
high temperature. Do not expose the contents to water, mix with used or other
types of batteries.

UV LED RADIATION CAN CAUSE HARM TO YOUR EYES. DO NOT SHINE THE LIGHT IN YOUR EYES DIRECTLY OR THROUGH REFLECTIVE SURFACES. 365NM THROUGH 390NM LED CAN BE CONSIDERED CLASS 1M LED PRODUCT. PROTECTIVE GOGGLES ARE INEXPENSIVE AND READILY AVAILABLE. DO NOT LET CHILDREN USE THESE LIGHTS.

If at any time, you need to dispose of this product or parts of this product:
please note that waste electrical products, bulbs and batteries should not be
disposed of with ordinary household waste. Recycle where facilities exist.
Check with your local authority for recycling advice. Alternatively,
NightSearcher is happy to take receipt of this product at end-of-life and will
recycle it on your behalf.
WARRANTY:
All NightSearcher products have a 3 year standard warranty on all
manufacturing defects and 1 year warranty on all rechargeable batteries from
the date of purchase.
Extended Warranty
You have the option to extend the warranty of the product to 5 years for manufacturing defects. Registration of the product must be made within one month of purchase by sending us an email at sales@nightsearcher.co.uk.
