Functionality
This product is designed to convert the original car’s wired CarPlay into wireless CarPlay.
Instructions for Use
- Plug this product into the car’s USB port and wait for the display of the car’s Ul interface. Once the Ul interface appears, connect your phone to the Device name displayed on the interface and follow the prompts on your phone to use the product’s features.
- Insert the product into the car’s USB port, wait for the Apple CarPlay icon on the car’s display to turn green or select the prompt “Use CarPlay with ***(Device Name)”. If the product UI interface doesn’t appear, connect your phone to the box’s Bluetooth name and follow the prompts on your phone to use the product’s features.
Before Connection
- Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth and WiFi are not connected to other devices. If they are. disconnect your phone’s Bluetooth and WiFi from these devices.
- If you’re switching phones, disconnect the previously connected phone’s WiFi and Bluetooth.
- Restart your phone.
During Connection
- If your phone’s WiFi and Bluetooth are attempting to connect to other devices. ignore other devices’ Bluetooth and WiFi and connect to our device’s Bluetooth and WiFi.
- If you’re unable to connect, ignore the product’s Bluetooth name. turn off Bluetooth for 5 seconds, then reconnect.
Post Connection
- Not all car models with a wired CarPlay functionality are supported by this product.
- The product’s USB cable is optimized. but there may be special circumstances that could cause CarPlay to disconnect or other abnormalities that affect user experience.
- The network data generated by this function {including audio and video data, map data, call data, etc.) is not related to this product.
- If your phone prompts “Use CarPlay with *** (Device Name)” during the connection process, choosing “Not Now” will prevent connection. To connect successfully. select “Device name’ in “General” -> “CarPlay” on your phone and turn on “CarPlay’.
- If you need to disconnect the CarPlay functionality. disconnect the device’s Bluetooth and WiFi on your phone or unplug the box.
Troubleshooting
- If there are connection issues, try restart the car’s system or restore the factory settings.
- If you’re using wireless CarPlay and the person you’re calling cannot hear you clearly or there is an echo, turn on the hands-free function on your phone.
- Due to the limitations of wireless functionality there may be a delay in audio data output from the speaker.
- After successfully connecting to CarPlay, the phone’s Bluetooth will disconnect from our device. If your phone’s Bluetooth is connected to other audio devices, the sound will not come from the car’s speakers.
- If you are unable to activate the wireless CarPlay function when restarting the car, try unplugging and plugging the box to re-establish the connection.

Device Disconnect
This product may disconnect during use due to prolonged connection times or issues with the original car’s wired CarPlay. This phenomenon is affected by external conditions or environment. This product has been optimized to immediately reconnect or manually unplug and plug the box to establish a connection once a disconnection is detected.
