Installation and adjustment  of knife

The part in the red frame is the knife apron The knife apron has a total of 10 gears (represented by 123456789AB). The larger the number of the tool tip gear, the longer the extended tool tip, indicating the thicker the material that can be cut.
The default tool tip gear of the machine is 5, and other gears are adjusted according to different material requirements. For example (take cutting TPU front film as an example, cut according to the digital standard that the default tool apron gear is 5, speed is 2, cutting force is 3-4. If the material is cut through, we need to reduce the cutter holder gear to 4. On the contrary, if there is no cutting penetration and continuous, it is necessary to adjust the knife apron gear to 6.

Installation position of knife apron
Pay attention to the correct installation position of the knife apron. The knife apron should be locked in the chuck.

Installation of knife apron: After aligning the tool apron with the empty position, rotate the knob clockwise and fix it.

Installation of cutting needle insert the round end of cutting needle into knife apron vertically, and the cutting needle will automatically retract into the knife apron after successful installation. (please be careful of the cutting needle scratch!)

Disassembly of knife apron:
Rotate the knob anticlockwise in the red frame until the knife apron is loose (initially with its own cut- ting needle), and then remove the knite apron (initially with its own cutting needle).

Disassembly of cutting needle:
Press the metal bar above the knife apron, pull out the cutting needle from the lower end, and then remove the knife apron (please be careful of the cutting needle scratch!)

Knife apron gear
Rotate the knob on the upper end of the knife apron to control the gear.

Cutting force, speed
Click “Force/ Speed” on the setting page.

Select the corresponding Cutting Force/Speed” according to the film type.

Please adjust the cutting parameters of each type of film according to the parameters on the form.

4-C:Placement of materials (Take notebook film as an example)
According to the entered direction of film paper, push the film along the edge of the card slot and push it directly under the pressure roller. Wait for five seconds and film will be fed into the machine automatically, then proceed to the next cutting operation.
