INSTRUCTIONS
CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
- Please use the charging cable provided with the product to charge the product at the charging contacts on the back of the watch.
- Plug the USB into a USB port or USB adapter (not included).
SMARTWATCH FUNCTIONS
MAIN PAGE:
Displays the time, days of the week, steps and other information.
BLOOD OXYGEN:
Touch the screen to start the measurement. The results will be displayed after
the vibration. More detailed information will synchronize with the app.
WEATHER INFORMATION:
The weather page will display current weather, air quality and conditions for
tomorrow. If you want this function to work you have to connect the smartwatch
to the app and you must turn the GPS function on, on your phone. You will need
to allow the app to have access to your phone’s location. If you disconnect or
turn off your GPS the weather information will not be updated. STEPS:
Keeps track of your steps, calories and distance while wearing the smartwatch.
SLEEP:
The Smartwatch records and show the total sleep time, and when you were in a
deep and/or light sleep. More detailed information will be synchronized to the
app.
MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS:
The smartwatch can receive phone calls, text messages, WhatsApp and other
notifications/alerts from your phone. The message page can store upto 3
messages.
To make sure this function works you have to use the right settings. As for iOS users: you will have to allow pop-up notifications.
EXERCISE:
The Smartwatch shows the latest exercise time, heartrate, and calorie
information. Press the exercise icon to access the multifunctional exercise
mode. HEART RATE:
Touch the screen to start the measurement. It will be finished after the
vibration and the results will be displayed. More detailed information will be
synchronized to the app.
SETTINGS:
Press the settings icon on this page to view the settings: mute, brightness,
adjustment, dial, restore, factory settings, stopwatch, shutdown and other
functions.
REMOTE CAMERA CONTROL:
When the smartwatch is connected to the app you can take the picture on your
phone by pressing the button on the smartwatch.

Touch the screen to start the measurement. It will be finished after the
vibration and the results will be displayed. More detailed information will be
synchronized to the app.
STOPWATCH :
Click to start the stopwatch and click again to stop or end it.
MUSIC CONTROL:
When the smartwatch is connected to the app you can play and pause music. You
will have to open your music player on your phone first.
FIND PHONE：
By connecting your phone via App, the smartwatch can help you find your phone.
After clicking the icon, your phone will vibrate or ring.
SMARTWATCH APP INSTALLATION
This product is a wireless transmission product, and many functions need to be
connected with the support of the app before it can be used.
You can only access certain functions in the app like: time synchronization,
call reminder, content push, weather display, remote camera, music control
etc. You can scan the following QR-code to download the app.
]CONNECTING SMARTWATCH
Note: when the phone is connected to the smart watch, you will need to keep the Bluetooth turned on. Make sure no other devices are connecting with your phone while you are connecting the Smartwatch.
THE APP OPERATION
- Enter the app movement page and refresh your screen. This way the smartwatch data will refresh.
- Click on steps, sleep and the other functions. If you have previous data you could enter this.
- Click on heart rate and blood pressure. If you have previous data you could enter this here, or you could start a measurement.
ATTENTION
- Do not charge if you see signs of water or damage.
- This product is an electronic monitoring product which cannot be used as a medical treatment. The data is for reference only. Always consult a doctor if you have questions.
- Don’t wear this device while bathing or swimming.
- Use the matching charging cable to charge the device.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge of the product, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Do not allow young children to operate the appliance or use it as a toy. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- This device is a health product and should not be used for commercial use.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Do not operate this appliance on or near any hot surface, such as gas, an electric burner, a heated oven or a microwave.
- Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the appliance. There are no user-service able parts. Reach out to our customer service if parts are broken.

The smart watch is not receiving reminders
Android users: Make sure the app has the alert switch on. Confirm that the messages can be displayed on the notification bar of your phone, and if the push notifications of the smartwatch can be read. If there is no notifications on your phone, then the smartwatch won’t receive a notification. Find the notification and status bar in your mobile phone settings, and make sure you allow WhatsApp, QQ, phone, SMS, Hero Band III Switch. Iphone users: Make sure that you allow pairing when connecting to the Smartwatch. You can check this in your phone settings. -

Android phone won’t connect to the Smart-watch
If you have an Android phone, please do not connect directly to the Smartwatch. Download the app first and then search the smartwatch through the app. Restart your phone or Bluetooth if necessary.
