**TROV Flex L09 Accessories Cable Covers Installation Guide

Read the following instructions before operating the luminaire.

Eco Sense Lighting fixtures must be installed by a qualified electrician

Eco Sense Lighting, Inc. is not responsible if its fixtures are not installed in accordance with all national and local safety standards.

L09 IP66 Cable Cover

L09 IP66 Cable Cover with silicone dielectric grease. Covers are specific for each optic.

Read all of these instructions completely before starting installation
De-energize electrical circuit at circuit breaker and unplug any energy or power source prior to installation process.
Do not bend LED strip further than a 150mm diameter
Use appropriate and dedicated tooling
Do not bend LED strip in the horizontal plane

The cable covers are used to provide IP66 protection over L09 leader and jumper cables. Cables are ordered separately.
The silicone dielectric grease used to seal the the cables does not harden. Use caution when removing the parts from the packaging
If cables are installed then removed from the cable cover, new silicone dielectric grease will need to be reapplied to the cable cover. Silicone dielectric grease can be purchased online or in a local hardware store

INSTALLING THE CABLE COVERS

Open the cable cover using a small flat screw driver and gently prying the retaining hooks back. Then flip the top lid back 180-degrees. Once open be careful not to disturb the silicone grease
Insert the cable connector through the center opening on the cable cover. Connect the L09 fixture to the connector as described in the L09 fixture installation guide. Insert the fixture and connector assembly into the cable cover so the connector goes into the cavity with silicone grease while keeping the fixture on the side without grease
Flip the lid closed until the retaining hooks click in place and hold the lid closed. Use 4 mounting screws (by others) to secure the cable cover to the mounting surface. Some silicone grease might flow out. Remove any excess grease with a rag
