PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING ASSEMBLY PROCESS. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE TwO PEOPLE WHEN ASSEMBLING AND REMOVING THE INSIDE BACKS OR THE BASE OF THE FURNITURE.

OVERVIEW

A. Seat Cushion
B. Back Cushion

  1. Lift seat back in to position.

  4. Insert plug into power outlet or surge protected power strip.
  5. Insert plug into power outlet or surge protected power strip.

ASSEMBLY

The first case: Product does not recline/The seat cushion does not work

This information is a general guide and pertains to a variety powered furniture items, not only the model shown in the line drawings.

Step 1: Check the Power Cord Plug

  • Make sure the outlet is working properly. Check fuses and breaker box; plug in a lamp to ensure the outlet working.
  • Confirm the power cord plug is firmly inserted into the Outlet. Try unplugging and reinserting the power cord.
  • Make sure the power cord is not damaged or pinched.
  • If the product still does not recline proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Check Connection to Transformer

  • Verify the AC power cable is firmly connected to the transformer as shown here.
  • Carefully examine the connections to each wire by gently wiggling each wire to determine if any are loose.
  • If the product still does not recline proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Check Indicator Light on Transformer

  • Tip furniture forward until the underside is visible. Ensure the furniture is stable or supported by another person.
  • A green light on the transformer indicates that it is functional. Proceed to step 4.
  • If no light is present, contact our customer service team. Please be ready with a picture of the barcode tag from underneath the footrest.

Step 4: Check Power to Switch, Contact Our Service Team

  • If the switch has a USB charging port, please ensure it is functional. If it does not provide power, or
  • if your particular item does not have this USB port (not all items do), please contact our service team.

The second case: If product reclines but headrest doesn’t function/The headrest does not work

Step 1: Check the Product Power Cord Connection

Lift lower back cover and check the connections, if headrest still not function please contact our service team.

WARNINGS

  • Before using reclining furniture, check if the machine is restrained by a plastic strap. If so, use scissors to remove.
  • Do not allow children to play with the mechanism.
  • Only engage mechanism when the user is seated correctly.
  • If squeaks are heard when reclining, lightly apply a store-bought spray-on lubricant to all hinges, jointsand springs.
  • Do not use power reclining furniture in the presence of flammable or explosive gases.
  • Do not use in an overly humid environment.
  • During the installation, the power supply must be disconnected. The power supply should be connected only after the installation is complete.

CARE & MAINTENANCE OF LEATHER

  • Periodic dusting will prolong the life of the leather.
  • General cleaning can be done with a damp, clean, soft white cloth.
  • Periodically, a mild leather home furnishings cleaner can be used on the headrests and armrests. This will help prevent build up of body and hair oils which can harm the leather over time.
  • For more stubborn stains, a mild leather cleaner can be used or consult a professional leather technician.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

  • 1-year warranty on leather against splitting, peeling, and/ or tearing.
  • 1-year warranty on internal and external frame structure.
  • 1-year warranty on cushioning material, seat springs and mechanism.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The pre-attached USB charger located on the right arm has one output port that can conveniently charge your digital electronic devices.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION:

Insert the port of the digital electronic device into the pre-attached USB charger located on the right arm to start charging

  1. For your security, please carefully read instructions before charging.
  2. The USB charger may not be compatible with all digital electronic devices. The max output voltage IS 5V, max current is 2 A. Only the digital electronic devices requiring charge within this range may be charged by the USB port.
  3. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

  5. This charging device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
