Important Precautions
- Read the manual carefully, and use the cleaner according to the manual. We are not liable for any losses or injuries caused by improper use.
- Only use the accessories recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
- Do not allow children to ride on the cleaner or play with it.
- Use the original and authorized power adapter only.
- The adapter cord should only be replaced by a qualified electrician.
- Do not turn on the cleaner when it is out of water.
- The charging adapter must be connected to a leakage-protected and earthed socket when charging.
- Do not operate the cleaner when people or animals are in the pool.
- Always clean and wash the filter tray after using.
- Turn off the cleaner when maintaining, cleaning, or when it is not in use.
- The cleaner should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from direct sunshine.
- While charging, the cleaner should be kept in a cool place, and not covered with anything to prevent damage to internal electrical components caused by overheating.
- Only certified professionals can disassemble the sealed driving kit of the cleaner.
- Do not operate the cleaner while the pool filter is running.
- Oil sealing for motors contains grease, which may cause water pollution if grease leaks.
- Due to the limitation of battery capacity, the cleaner is only suitable for swimming pools with sizes up to 1614 sq. ft (150㎡); otherwise, the cleaning effect will be affected.
- If the cleaner needs to be stored for a long period of time, it should be charged every three months to maintain battery life between 40%-60%. Please use the original and authorized power adapter only. If the cleaner is not charged for a long time, the battery voltage will be lower than the over-discharge protection voltage due to the self-discharge of the battery, which may cause fatal damage.
- Do not use or store the cleaner near any heat source.
- Do not pierce the shell of the cleaner with nails or other sharp objects. Do not hammer, impact, or throw the cleaner.
- Since the robot contains precision components, please don’t smash or drop the machine.
- Make sure the charging socket and cleaner charging pins are dried before charging.

Operations
Important Notes:
- Put the cleaner into the pool with the bottom towards the wall. Hold the top handle and turn on the cleaner. The cleaner will start working after 20 seconds after emptying the trapped air inside (make sure to empty the air inside till the cleaner is fully submersed in water and no more air bubbles come from the cleaner), then the cleaner can immerse to the pool floor.
- The cleaner will move to the pool edge when it completes working. Use the hook to lift it out of the pool.
- The climbing mode is “single front climbing”, which means the front side with the indicators will climb and the opposite side does not climb.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Why does my cleaner get stuck on the main drain?
A: Each swimming pool has a different drain size. If yours is stuck at the
drain, please contact customer service to get the accessory kit.
Q: What is the function of the included floating blocks?
A: It’s for increasing the buoyancy of the cleaner and improving the obstacle-
surmounting ability and wall-climbing function.
Q: Why do the front wheels raise up?
A:
- Please make sure the air inside the cleaner is totally emptied.
- The filter basket or impeller is blocked by pool dirt. Please clean the filter basket first in this case.
- If the color of the filter basket changes, please use a brush to clean it;
- If the tough dirt can’t be removed from the filter basket, please purchase a new filter.
Q: Why does the switch get stuck?
A: This is the internal failure of the machine. Please contact customer
service to replace the drive kit or the machine.
Q: The charging pin is corroded because of electrolysis
A:
- Please contact customer service to replace the driver kit for this condition.
- Please mind that after each use, wipe the charging pin clean and dry it with a paper towel or cotton swab. Wait for a few minutes to let the moisture dry out before charging.
Q: The light indicator in the charger is abnormal and flashes other colors
A:
- Please note that the charger indicator light has two colors, red means charging, and green means fully charged.
- When the charger is not plugged into the product after the power is on, the light will be green.
- When the charger is powered off, and the charging port is not unplugged from the machine, the light will be green.
- The machine itself will not have any light indicators when charging.
Q: The red light indicator is on when the machine is running.
A: It means motor failure, please contact customer service to replace the
drive kit.
Q: The robot can not run for 90 minutes.
A:
- Please charge the robot for 8 hours till the green indicator on the charger stays on;
- If the battery life still can’t reach 90 minutes after charging for 8 hours, it is necessary to consider whether the machine is stuck or suspended somewhere in the pool, resulting in the machine idling all the time and being power-consuming.
- Please check if it has been charged since the last run.
- If it’s none of the above, please contact customer service to replace the machine.
Q: Why doesn’t it climb walls?
A:
- Check if the PVC roller brush is under excessive wear, if yes, please contact customer service to replace the PVC roller brush;
- Check if the gear teeth are off, if yes, please contact customer service to replace the gear.
- The wall radian is too big or the wall surface is too slippy. It doesn’t work for ceramic tile walls.
Q: Why doesn’t my cleaner sink into the water? It just floats.
A: The filter basket is blocked by pool dirt so that the air can’t be emptied
easily.
- Please wash the filter basket IMMEDIATELY after each use in case of incrustations after dirt becomes dry, resulting in blockage to the filter grill;
- Please hold the cleaner and fully submerge it into the water till no air bubbles come out before each use.
