Weltevree Easily Movable Wheelbarrow Bench User Manual

Congratulations on your purchase of the Wheelbench.

A simple mobile bench made of oak wood and a built-in wheelbarrow wheel. The surprising combination of familiar elements strengthens the active outdoor feeling of the bench.

DIMENSIONS & SPECIFICATIONS

The wood of the Wheelbench is untreated. It can be treated with oil to preserve the original wood color. If the wood is not treated, it will turn grey over time. If the wheel causes grease stains on the wood, these can easily be removed with a damp cloth and diluted soap

Step 1
Place the legs side by side

Insert four dowels in these profiles.

Attention!
There is only one way both of the wooden boards will fit on the b-pro – files, because the screw holes are arranged differently

Place the two wooden boards on the bottom of the profiles and press downonto the dowels. Then fasten them with eight medium (50mm) screws.

Place two dowels in the legs where the backrest will be placed

Place the wooden board on the backrest and push it onto the dowels. Pay attention to the sticker indicating the top of the backrest.

Fasten the backrest with two small (25mm) and two medium (50mm) screws

Loosen the set screws in both collars so that the collars can be placed over the axle.

Step 8
Place the axle inside the wheel and slide the collars over the axle on both sides of the wheel. Do not tighten the set screws yet.

Place the axle in the designated holes of the handles

Slide the handlebars in between the legs of the bench and secure with four large (70mm) screws.

Make sure the wheel is center. The distance between the inside of the handles and the collars should be close to 80mm. Leave a small space between the collars and the wheel so that the wheel can turn easily.
Now tighten the set screws with a flat screwdriver so that the collars are fixed.
