Pair Button:
Press and hold for rnore than 2 seconds to add an extra rnesh device to the existing Wi-Fi system.
Reset Button:
Press and hold for seconds to reset the mesh device.

LED Indication

Router Mode LED Description
Solid purple The device is being activated.
Solid blue The Internet is connected.
Blue flash 1.Touchlink is in progress.

2.Router mode device is being paired with other mesh devices.
Slow red flash| No access to the Internet.
Fast red flash| The device is disconnected.

Basic Info

Router Configuration

  1. Select one of mesh devices as your router, connect its WAN Port to the modem or LAN port of router then plug it in a power outlet.

  2. Connection
    2.7 Via Wireless
    Turn on your Wi-Fi, search SSID “MeshGo_XXXX” and connect to it; then you can start configuring. 2.2 Via Cable Connect Ethernet cable to your PC/laptop and device LAN port. then you can start configuring.

  3.  Launch a browser from your laptop/PC or smart phone and enter or in the address field. The default password is admin.

  4. Select your Country/Region and Time Zone; for your network security, we suggest that you create a new login password. Note: The three colored bars in “Password strength” area indicates the strength of the login password.

  5. Then you can change your SSID or use the default one. As for Encryption Mode, if your device supports WPA3/WPA2-MIX, we suggest you choose “WPA3/WPA2-MIX” . For network security, please create a Password according to the rules.

  6. The system will then guide you to the Network page for the Mode selection and WAN Type, after selecting, please click save. Which WAN (Ethernet) Mode should I choose?
    If the ISP provide you a account and password,please choose PPPoE; If the ISP not provide any parameters, the computer directly connect the internet cable, then can surf the internet, please choose DHCP; If the ISP provides you a fixed IP and other information, please choose Static IP.

  7. Please wait patiently for the process to complete, then you can enjoy your wireless network.

LAN Backhaul

  1. If your wireless signal weakens because of complex environment, you can try the second option LAN Backhaul.
  2. Repeat steps in the “Wireless Backhaul” section, then connect the “LAN/Backhaul” port of the extender to “LAN” port of your router

T ouchlink Technology

At the top of the mesh device there is the Touchlink sensing pad; once you touch the pad with your hand or other devices, the sensing pad will blink blue, indicating that Touchlink is in process, then you can search “MeshGo_Touch” and connect to it without any password.

Note:
Touchlink works for smart phone, tablet computer, laptop. etc. If you want to change the configuration of Touchlink, then you can do as follows:

  1. Log in to 192.168.10.1 or ap.setup.com,then choose “Advanced” and select “Guest Wi-Fr.
  2. The default Guest WI-Fl Mode is Touchlink.
  3. The length of Touchlink time (Duration) can be set to 30s. 720s andl 240s, the default is 720s.
  4. You can also set the length of time (Use Time) for your guests.

More Mesh Devices

Generally, a mesh router device supports up to 7 mesh devices. Therefore, if you need to add more mesh devices to build up• a stronger network in your home, you simply need to pair the new mesh devices with the existing network.
Option  I

  1. Log in to ap.setup or 192.168.10.1.
  2. “Wl-F;” “Mesh ‘Network”.
  3. You can add extra devices by entering’ their “Pair Ke (Pair key is at the bottom, of the device).

Option  II

After configuring the main router, please press and hold the pair button of mesh devices for  2 seconds. When LED lights become solid blue, the pairing process is successfully completed.

Firmware Upgrade

Firmware upgrade can fix bugs of the router. However, we DO NOT recommend you upgrade the firmware of the router if it works properlyIf you need to update firmware, please proceed as the following steps:

  1. Click “Advanced” and select “Firmware Update”.
  2. Click on to locate the extracted firmware file.
  3. Click on “Upload” and choose “Apply”, and wait for the firmware upgrade process to complete.

Warranty viods if you interrupted the upgrade procedure.

FAQ

Ql. Why doesn’t the login page appear after enteringhttp://ap.setup?****

– Make sure your PC is net to obtain IP address automatically
– Please make sure you entered the correct website.
– Reboot your device and try again.

Q2. What can I do if I can not access the Internet?****

– Make sure your Internet works normally. please contact your ISP(Internet Service Provider) if it doesn’t.
– Initiate your browser. enter 192.168.10.1 or ap.setup, then set up the following quick start guide.
– Reboot your device and try again.

Q3. What should I do if I can’t have access to 162.166.10.11 or ap.setup on my android phone?****

– We suggest you turn off your 4G signal first before you set up the network, then turn it on when the configuration is done.

Q4. What can I do if I forget my administration management password?****

– Please refer to Q3 to reset the device, the default password is admin.

Q5. How do I find the best location for mesh devices?****

– Please put your mesh devices in a relatively open space to avoid obstacles such as metal objects, reinforced concrete walls and so on.

Q6. Why the flow monitoring is inaccurate?****

– The Hardware NAT Settings’s default open status leads to the absence of monitored data. If you wanna, keep the flow monitoring accurate, you have to tum off the Hardware NAT Settings function manually. which inevitably will increase the CPU usage.
