Ingredients are unevenly chopped.
Either you are chopping too many ingredients at once, or the pieces are too big. Try cutting the ingredients in smaller pieces of even size and processing smaller amounts per batch.

Ingredients are chopped too finely or are too watery.
The ingredients have been over processed. Use brief pulses or process for a shorter time. Let the blade assembly stop completely between pulses.

Ingredients collect on the sides of the Nutri Ninja® Cup.
Too many ingredients are being processed at once. Turn the Power Pod off. When the blades stop rotating, remove the cup from the Power Pod. Remove some of the ingredients being processed.

The unit will not create snow from solid ice.
Do not use ice that has been sitting out or has started to melt. Be sure to use short pulses in the beginning to break up large pieces.
