FUNCTIONS
- The stamp operation needs to be done through the mobile app, otherwise the stamp is not available.
- During the stamp process, photos of the person using the stamp, photos of the document are taken through the app and uploaded to the server.
- The stamp can be removed and placed in the stamp controlling machine via mobile app.
- The application, vetting and stamp process for the use of the stamp can be checked in the mobile app.
INTRODUCTION
- Press and hold the black button to switch on, the buzzer will sound once after switching on.
- The green indicator light flashes when the portable stamp controller is not yet connected to the handset.
- When the mobile phone is connected to the portable stamp controlling Machin via Bluetooth, the green indicator light is always on and the mobile phone side will synchronise the system time via Bluetooth.
- On-screen display: time, date, stamp name, battery level.
- If the Portable stamp controlling machine is not operated for a long time (approximately ten minutes) or if it is connected to the mobile phone via Bluetooth, it will automatically switch off.
- Please observe the battery power after power on. When the power is relatively low, the red indicator light flashes.
- If the battery power is low, please charge it in time by using the charger that comes with the machine, it will take about 2 hours to fully charge.
LOGIN TO THE APP
- The portable stamp controlling machine must be used through the mobile APP.
- The APP can be downloaded from “Application Treasure”, the name is “Huilang Stamp Management System V2”.
- Before using the Huilang Stamp Management System APP, the supporting” Huilang Stamp Monitoring and Management System” must be installed first.
- Before logging in, please obtain the server address, user account, and user password from the person in charge of the system.
- Click the “⚙” icon in the bottom right comer to enter the server address configuration page.
MAIN MENU
- The red numbers in the menu indicate the number of tasks on the to-do list.
- Red number indicates the number of to-do tasks.
Stamp Application
- Click “New Application – Stamp Application” to submit a new stamp application. You can select multiple stamp and set the number of stamp. Slip entry page, and click the “Submit” button to complete the task.
Approval for use of stamp
- The reviewer could log in and click “To Do Tasks – Pending Approval” to query the stamp applications to be approved.
- Click “view” to see the details of the task.
- The application can be approved, returned to the applicant, or rejected.
Seal
- After approval, click “To do Tasks- Portable Stamp”, The approved tasks will be stamp.
- Tum on the portable print controller.
- Connect to the print controller via Bluetooth.
- Once the Bluetooth connection is made, follow the prompts to stamp it.
Instructions for loading and unloading seals
- Click on “New Application – Security Gate Application” to apply for multiple stamp at once. The vetting process is the same as the application process.
- Unload the stamp page
To remove the stamp, first extend the stamp base, and then slowly and evenly remove the stamp.
- Installation stamp
- When Install the stamp, firstly remove the stamp handle and then adjust the thickness of stamp by the transparent spacer, so that the thickness reaches 17mm. Then extend the stamp mold, through 3M strong force the back is glued to the stamp seat and guaranteed cone centricity.
Check
- You can check the application history through “Personal Center – My Applications”
- You can query the approval record through “Personal Center – My Approvals”.
