COMPONENT
SAFETY ADVICE
- Remove and safely discard any packaging materials before using the appliance.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Keep the appliance and its power cord out of reach of children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and maintenance should not be performed by children unless they are supervised.
- The appliance can only be connected to a power supply which voltage and frequency comply with the specifications on the rating plate.
- Never use or pick up the appliance if the power cord is damaged and/or housing is damaged.
- If the appliance or the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by Electrolux or its service agent in order to avoid hazard.
- Do not immerse the appliance, its power cord or plug in water or any other liquid.
- Always switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the power supply if it is left unattended and before changing of the accessories, cleaning or maintenance.
- Care shall be taken when changing accessories, after use and during cleaning and maintenance.
- Never touch the accessories with your hand or any utensils while the appliance is connected with power supply and/or during operation.
- Keep hands and utensils away from the appliance during operation to avoid the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the appliance.
- The appliance and accessories may become hot during operation. It is recommended that the appliance be allowed to cool down before cleaning or storage.
- Do not use the appliance continuously for more than 30 seconds when processing heavy load. Donot use the appliance continuously for more than 4 minutes in normal use. Allow the appliance to cool down for at least 20 minutes before restarting.
- Do not use this appliance to stir paint. Danger, could result in an explosion!
- Do not let the power cord come into contact with hot surfaces or hang over the edge of a table or counter.
- Never use accessories or parts made by other manufacturers not recommended or sold by Electrolux as it may cause a risk of injury to persons.
- This appliance is for indoor use only.
- This appliance is intended for domestic use only. Electrolux will not accept any liability for possible damage caused by improper or incorrect use.
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Before using your appliance, remove all packing material, plastic, labels, stickers or tags that may be attached to the hand mixer or accessories. Clean the product before using it for the first time. (Please refer to “CLEANING AND CARE“ section for cleaning instructions.)
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Push whisks or dough hooks into accessory slots underneath the hand mixer until they click into place.
- Connect the hand mixer to the power supply. Increase speed by moving the speed selector from left to right. Always start mixing at a low speed, then increase. Due to risk of injury, never touch running whisks or hooks with your hand or any utensils.
- When the Turbo button is pressed and held during operation, the mixer operates at its maximum speed. Note: Whisks are not suitable for processing stiff mixtures. For heavy dough, such as pie and bread dough, use the dough hooks.
- The mixer can be used continuously for up to 4 minutes in normal use. Then allow to cool for at least 20 minutes. Use a standard mixing bowl and amount not exceeding 1.5 kg solid foods or 1.75 l liquids.
- Before removing whisks or hooks, switch off the mixer and disconnect it from the power supply. Then hold the hand mixer firmly with one hand, while pressing the eject button.
Note: The whisks or hooks can only be removed when the speed selector is positioned all the way to the left.
CLEANING AND CARE

Before cleaning, switch off the appliance and wait till the appliance have stopped completely before unplugging from the mains outlet.

Wash all parts, except for the hand mixer and base stand, in warm soapy water. Dry each part thoroughly before use.
Warning! Never immerse the hand mixer, plug or cord in water or any other fluid.
Whisks and dough hooks can be cleaned with a brush under running water or in the dishwasher. -
The hand mixer and base stand should only be cleaned with a soft damp cloth, then dried with a cloth.
Note: Do not use abrasive cleansers or scouring pads to clean the surfaces of your appliance.
Ensure that all parts of the appliance are clean and completely dry before storage.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
RECIPES

- Place yeast, sugar and warm water in a container, and let it stand until creamy.
- Add flour, salt and oil to the mixture.
- Mix at lower speed for 30 sec.
- When the dough is formed homogeneously, increase speed to speed 5 for 3 min and 30 sec.
- The dough is ready when it does not stick to the side of the bowl, neither to the tool.
- Spread the dough with a rolling pin to the desired thickness on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the dough in a lightly greased pan and spread with toppings.

Start processing at low speed to avoid powdery foods and liquids from splashing out.
TROUBLESHOOTING

sure to plug in the appliance before operation.

service.
Disposal
Recycle the materials with the symbol . Put the packaging in applicable containers to recycle it. Help protect the environment and human health and to recycle waste of electrical and electronic appliances.
Do not dispose appliances marked with the symbol with the household waste. Return the product to your local recycling facility or contact your municipal office.
