Before Use
Clean thoroughly with mild soapy water, then rinse and dry
Use
- Oven and broiler safe up to 480F (248C)
- For best results, use at low heat as overheating may cause damage to the enamel, causing contents to stick together
- Use plastic, wood, or silicone utensils only as metal utensils may damage the enamel
- Handles and knobs can become very hot. Always use gloves or potholder when handling
Care
- If there are food residues, fill the pan with hot soapy water and let soak for 15-20 minute before washing
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents, bleach, or abrasive cleaners
- Although this product is dishwasher safe, it is recommended to hand wash with mild soapy water as the dishwasher will wear down the enamel
