CHARGING
The Petite Style Cordless Straightener is so easy to use. But before you start using your new appliance you must take the time to CHARGE FULLY OVERNIGHT BEFORE FIRST USE.

My straightener will not charge

Possible Cause:
Electricity is not reaching the straightener through the USB charging port.

Solution:
Try a different charging source such as a laptop, desktop charger, car charger or mobile phone charging adaptor. When the USB cable is plugged in, the LED indicator light will flash, indicating the battery is charging. If not, check to make sure it is properly plugged in at both the power source and the unit.

My straightener will not hold a charge / keeps shutting off Possible Cause: Battery may not be charging.

Solution:

HOW TO STYLE WITH THE CORDLESS STRAIGHTENER

STRAIGHTEN
Start with clean & dry hair, thoroughly combed through hair. Apply a heat spray for extra protection & longer-lasting results. Straighten your hair in sections ensuring you go over each section once to get that gorgeous, silky finish. If you are needing to go over the section more than once, creating thinner sections will help create straight hair in the first glide.

VOLUME
Create volume by making a curved movement with your wrist as you glide the straightener down the hair section.

Your straightener is designed for household use & is virtually maintenance- free. If cleaning becomes necessary, disconnect the straightener from the power source, if charging & ensure the straightener is cool before wiping with a damp cloth.
