Introduction
It is simple to use, especially for the elderly who are not tech-savvy, thanks to the user-friendly interface design. Installing an app on your smartphone and connecting the digital photo frame to a Wi-Fi network (NOTE: Only compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi; incompatible with 5GHz & hidden networks). Built-in 32GB capacity; send emails and exchange photographs and brief movies quietly and securely from anywhere in the world. Intelligent Cloud digital photo frame with 10.1-inch screen, IPS LCD panel, HD 1280*800 resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, and 178-degree viewing angle. First ,download the BSIMB PHOTO APP in Google Play or App Store, then create an account to activate the frame.
HOW TO ACTIVATE THE CLOUD FRAME
STEP1.
Please register an account in BSIMB PHOTO APP ,and then log in.
You have to enter an available email address of yours, after the frame is activated ,the email address is automatically bound to the frame ,you can send pictures directly ,you do not have to bind it to the frame again.
STEP2.
Tap [Devices ] in user interface of BSIMB PHOTO APP. Then tap [+] on the upper right of [My Devices]. Device name/Device email address(both are customized and you could name it at will) and frame ID then tap [Submit] to activate and bind this device. You can find frame ID in
[Settings>Device info] of the frame. Please choose[Accept] to accept this new user in [Settings>User Management>Pending User Requests] of the frame to complete activating and binding

HOW TO CONNECT WIFI TO YOUR FRAME.
When you connect Wi-Fi to the frames ,please choose the available 2.4GHz network, the frame can automatically recognize the Wi-Fi.
If the Wi-Fi shows [disabled], please choose the disabled Wi-Fi to choose the button [forget]to reconnect the Wi-Fi again.
STEP3.
It will pop up the message “waiting for confirmation”. Tap the refresh button at the upper right of the interface.
STEP4.
Start to send pictures via BSIMB PHOTO APP.
Tap [Files] in user interface. Choose [Photo] or [Video] and check the picture or video you want to share. Then tap [Sure] to confirm your selection and choose [Devices] that you want to upload. Tap the upper right button to send it. After process of sending is completed. A pop-up message [Sent successfully] will show on your smart device. You can check post history by tapping [Messages] in user interface.
FAQs
The frame will only display a new photo every 5 seconds, no matter what speed I set it to. Over 300 photos and still the same. What can be done?****
During the slide show tap left hand corner, a menu will appear at bottom select gear or setting. Then t you can change display time on slide show pictures. From 5 sec to 5 minutes.
how can you mount this on the wall with an antenna attached to the back?****
It’s not an antenna. It’s the leg it stands on if not wall mounted.
Wanting to buy this for my grandmother, but she does not have internet. Do you have to have Wi-Fi got this to work?****
This is a Wi-Fi frame, you can upload pictures to the frame, then send it to your grandmother. If you want to upload pictures to the frame, it needs Wi-Fi. But it also support to read pictures and videos on a USB drive or SD card up to 32GB. If any questions, please contact service@bsimb.cc
Can anyone display pictures in the desired order? support is useless, saying it displays in reverse “date” order. what “date?”; taken, modified, etc.?****

getting card not supported error after adding 4 pictures. Deleted them, still have the same error.****
It could only support up to 32 GB SD card , if it’s not supported by the digital photo frame, please change another SD card or USB drive to try, if it still doesn’t work, please send messages to us via your orders, find this order and contact the seller.
Does the service for the app copy and keep your photos? Do they have permissions to share your photos in their agreements for the frame and app?****
When setting up the App on my Android phone I do not remember having to agree to a Privacy Policy statement. And considering the e-mail address “portal” you send your photos through is in China I would image your photos have about a zero-restriction level.
My family is having a hard time figuring this out. How do you email pictures to the frame? I am not with the frame and do not have the manual.****
There are two steps to email pictures. First you have to enter your email address in the frame’s config (I recommend creating a new email address just for photo emailing). Then to email the picture to frame your email get altered. If your email was holly@gmail.com it gets changed to hollyC@bsimb.cn. Also, each frame comes with an ID. That ID must be put in the Subject field of the email.
What do I do if I get a ‘this device does not exist’ message under device info? I am connected to Wi-Fi.****
I got the same message so I added to ‘other Devices’ and it worked.
I am connected to my Wi-Fi but I can’t get a device id. it is telling me to connect to network but I am connected. can someone please help?****
Our frame only works with 2.4GHz networks, 5GHz networks is not supportable. Please double check if you have connected the frame to available Wi-Fi networks.
My screen says open and close app which I did. Then it still is a blank screen and can’t upload photos?****
I had to call my daughter in law and she set mine up and I’ve had no problems.
Going forward, will the seller only send a product that has the software installed for random mode?****

Can the screen be reset to regain touchscreen control? Neither the touchscreen or rear button controls function any longer after 1yr.****

Sure, you can. Please add captions on the picture before you send the picture via app.
Can you print photos that have been sent to the frame?****
the BSIMB frames cannot print photos. It can display photos automatically that have been sent to the frame.
Is there a way to disable motion detection and just have a continuous play?****
Yes. You can set a timer for what time to come on and off. You can set motion but don’t have too. It’s a great frame.
