PLASTICADE Roll A Post Fillable Plastic Base Sign Stand
INSTRUCTIONS
-
Use one 3/8 x 5” hex bolt, and one locknut to secure the plastic post to the Roll-A-Post base.
Refer to the chart to determine which hole on the post to use. -
Use two 3/8 x 2-1/2 hex bolts, two washers, and two locknuts to attach the sign.

Add Vinyl Cap to the top of the Power Post to help prevent water from entering.

Fill Base.
IMPORTANT! Insert Post In Base and Secure Post Upright Before Filling
Roll-A-Post 18 Filling Options
- Dry Sand – 60-80 lbs.
- Water – 6.5 gallons (50 lbs.)
- Water + Anti-Freeze – 6.5 gallons total
- use a 50/50 mixture for freezing temperatures
- H2OLD Base Gel + 5 Gallons of Water
- good for freezing temperatures
Roll-A-Post 24 Filling Options
- Dry Sand – 150-180 lbs.
- Water – 15 gallons (120 lbs.)
- Water + Anti-Freeze – 15 gallons total
- use a 50/50 mixture for freezing temperatures
- H2OLD Base Gel + 12 Gallons of Water
- good for freezing temperatures

Hardware Provided
- 1 ea. Hex Bolt Zinc 3/8 x 5
- 2 ea. Hex Bolt Zinc 3/8 x 2-1/2
- 2 ea. Washer 3/8
- 3 ea. Locknut 3/8-16
- 1 ea. Vinyl Cap
When using gel in areas with freezing temperatures, DO NOT FILL TO CAPACITY! Allow for the gel to expand when frozen.
Recommend only filling up to 80 lbs. if planning to move after filling.
