- 1 Ball – Lime Green (10682181)
- 1 Ball – Turquoise (10682179)
- 2 Balls – White (10682528)
1 – Clover Takumi® 36″ Bamboo Circular
Knitting Needles, US Size 19 (15 mm) (10554171)
1 – Loops & Threads® Big Eye Needle (10554171)
ABBREVIATIONS :
K = Knit
Patt = Pattern
P = Purl
Rep = Repeat(ing)
St(s) = Stitch(es)
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS : Length = 52″ [132 cm] and
Width = 32.5″ [83 cm]
GAUGE : 3.5 sts x 5.5 rows = 4″ [10 cm] in pattern, save time and check your gauge
PATTERN NOTE :
This blanket is worked flat lengthwise from end to end. A circular needle is
used to accommodate for the large number of stitches.
SPECIAL STITCHES :
- Seed Stitch (Odd number of sts)
- Row 1 : *K1, p1; rep to last st, k1.
- Rep Row 1 for patt.
- Garter Stitch : Knit every row.
INSTRUCTIONS :
With Coral, cast on 45 sts.
Work in Seed Stitch for 4½” [11 cm].
Change to Peach and work in Seed Stitch for 4½” [11 cm].
Change to Yellow and work in Seed Stitch for 4½” [11 cm].
Change to Lime Green and work in Seed Stitch for 4½” [11 cm].
Change to Turquoise and work in Seed Stitch for 4½” [11 cm].
Change to White and work in Garter Stitch for 10″ [25 cm].
Bind off all sts.
Finishing : Weave in ends.
