Introduction
The wide display KTKUDY Digital Kitchen Timer is ideal for activities such as cooking, exercising, going to the gym, working out, taking medicine, playing sports, taking tests, running, doing homework, debating, and playing games. Additionally, this interval timer manual can be used as a stopwatch, alarm clock, or clock during regular hours by both children and adults.
Clock Setting
- After installing the battery, it shows “CLOCK” on the screen, long press “START/STOP ” key for 3 seconds to stop flashing on the screen.
- then short press “HOUR/MIN/SEC” key to set the clock time, long press “HOUR/MIN/SEC” key to fast forward.
- After setting, press “START/STOP ” key to start working and you will see the flashing on the screen again.
- 15 seconds later, the “HOUR/MIN/SEC” key will be locked, if you want to reset the time, long press
“START/STOP ” key for 3 seconds until no flashing on the screen, then reset the time again.
Count Up Setting
- Press the MODE key until you see TIMER mark on the screen, and it shows 0:00 00 at this time.
- Press the “START/STOP ” key to start counting up and you will see COUNT-UP mark on the screen.
- Press “START/STOP ” key to pause timing and press the same key again to continue.
- While you pause the timing, press CLEAR key to reset the timing.

Count Down Setting
- Press the MODE key until you see TIMER mark on the screen, and it shows 0:00 00 at this time.
- Short press “HOUR/MIN/SEC” key to set the time, long press “HOUR/MIN/SEC” key to fast forward.
- After setting, press “START/STOP ” key to start countdown and the countdown timing can be set up to 24 hours.
- You may press “START/STOP ” key to pause or continue during this process. When the countdown finished, the alarm ring (or flash) for 60 seconds, you may press any key to stop the alarm (or flash).
- If you need to reset the timing, press “START/STOP ” key to pause the timing first and press CLEAR key to reset.
NOTE
This upgraded timer comes with MEMORY FUNCTION, after you reset the timing,
press the CLEAR key again and it shows the same timing you set previously, no
need to set it again and again.
Alarm Setting
- Press the MODE key until you see ALARM mark on the screen, and it shows 12:00 00 AM at this time.
- Short press “HOUR/MIN/SEC” key to set the time, long press “HOUR/MIN/SEC” key to fast forward.
- After setting, press “START/STOP ” key, you will see flash on the screen but the timing is not changed, which means alarm function starts. The alarm will ring(or flash) for 60 seconds when time is up, you may press any key to pause the alarm (or flash).
- If you want to reset the alarm, long press “START/STOP ” key for 3 seconds to stop flashing on the screen, and you may start setting the alarm again.
NOTE
After setting the alarm time, please be sure to press “START/STOP ” key to
start the alarm function, otherwise the alarm will not ring when time is up.
Mute & Flash Setting
Push the left switch on the back to upper position (Flash Mark applied), then the mute & flash function start, no more bell ring while you press any key or set the alarm/timer/clock function. Perfect for school, library and some other places need to be quiet.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it simply a conventional clock that may be used?
The newer model, which I recently acquired, has an AM/PM indicator on the clock and on the alarm feature. This makes it operate like a typical alarm clock.
Can the timer be set to begin, paused, and then restart where it left off?
You can pause and restart without having to reset, yes. The “Start/Stop” button will pause the timer and hold your selection if you press it. The timer is nice. The beeper is quite loud, so I wish there was a volume control. Although I realise that it needs to be loud in case you leave the room, it would be wonderful if the level could be lowered if you are typically within a foot of the speaker. Some of the directions are still unclear to me because, in my opinion, they aren’t stated very properly; most likely by whoever created the timer. To keep mine clean when baking or cooking, I cover it with plastic wrap. So far, it’s been a good timer.
Is there a 5 minute warning on this timer before the time you set it for?
Not at all, no. If you don’t turn it off, this timer will beep once per minute until the timer you set arrives.
If left on, does this turn off by itself? or until it is switched off, the display will remain on.
Until switched off, the display will not turn off. There is an on/off switch for the timer.
Does the back of this thermometer have a magnet?
No, there isn’t a magnet on the back of it.
How is the alarm “Unset”?
When you hit the “START/STOP” key after pressing the MODE key and the screen displays the ALARM mark, the alarm function has begun. Simply press the “START/Cease” key once more to turn off the alarm. The “:” will stop blinking, indicating that the alarm has been turned off.
Can it be set to ten hours?
You could program it to cycle for a full day. It depends on the programming you use.
Does this make noise each time a button is pressed?
No. On the back, there is a mute switch. Pressing the buttons when the switch is turned off mutes the sound. Sound is in vibrating mode when it is silenced. has been faultless and excellent. It has a huge clock face, so I can see the time even from a distance.
How large is the timer’s display?
Its display is significantly larger than other timers’ displays, and the timer sound is excellent. 2.6 Inch Super Large LCD Display. There are even two options for the alarm’s volume.
Can a timer be set for four hours?
Yes. The only time the buzzer sounds is when the four hours are up; there are no warning noises, though. We found that feature to be disappointing. comparable to getting the 10- and 5-minute warnings.
How do I reset the countdown timer to 0?
First, pause the countdown by pressing the “ST/SP” button. then to reset the countdown timer to zero, press both “S” and “P” simultaneously.
