Safety Information

Please read the following safety information before using the device to ensure safe and proper use.
Read the following warnings to prevent fire or explosion accidents.
Avoid physical collision or damage to the device.

  • Use accessories approved by the manufacturer.
  • Do not touch the device by wet hands. Do not use the device in humid environments or during activities such as swimming.

Read the following warnings to prevent injury or device damage

  • Do not store the device in a hot or cold place. The operatin temperature is between 0°C and 40°C.
  • Keep the device dry. Do not use it outdoor in thunderstorm weather.
  • To prevent possible hearing impairment when using the earphone, do not use it a high volume for a long period of time.
  • The product is not recommended for children under 13 years old.
  • Users under 18 or above 65 years old shall use the device under proper guardians to limit the use duration and ensure the rest time.
  • Don’t put the headset lens under sunlight or other strong lights.

Usage Instructions

Usage environment

  • Use the product in indoor and room-temperature environments, and please keep it away from heat and strong electromagnetic sources.
  • It is recommended to use the product in a standing posture, and keep surroundings unobstructed to avoid injury or damage to property due to collision with environmental objects.
  • Place the product steadily and safely when it is not in use to avoid falloff.
  • WARNING: During use or storage, avoid direct irradiation from strong sunlight or other strong lights on the lens lest the product be damaged.

Installing and setting DPVR Assistant 4
Go to the DPVR official website and download DPVR Assistant 4 installation package

Run the installation package, and follow the interface instructions to complete the installation and setting of DPVR Assistant 4

Connection of headset to computer

  1. Connect the 2-in-1 cable to the headset’s short cable
  2. Connect the power adapter to the 2-in-1 cable
  3. Connect to the DP 1.4 Interface of the computer’s graphics card
  4. Connect to the computer’s USB 3.2 Interface.

Wearing headset

  • Hold the headset and rotate the strap upwards, and align the baffler against eyes.

  • Pull the strap downwards,b and pull it around the back of your head.

  • Rotate the knob clockwise until the headset fits comfortably.

  • Adjust the top strap until you feel comfortable, and fasten the buckle.

Controller pairing

Press and hold Button A and Button DPVR on the right Controller. When the indicator turns from blue to green, it indicates that the pairing completes.
Press and hold Button X and the menu button on the left Controller. When the indicator turns from blue to green, it indicates that the pairing completes.
For detailed operation, please check it in “DPVR Assistant”.

Product maintenance

Replace the face (or back) foam cushion
The face (or back) foam cushion might wear off after long-time use, and please replace it when necessary.

  1. Carefully strip away the face (or back) foam cushion from the device.
  2. Install the face (or back) foam cushion as per the illustrations below, and then gently press it onto the device.

Replace the baffler
The baffler might wear off after long-time use, and please replace it when necessary.

  1. .Strip away the baffler from the device’s the red line area.
  2. Align the baffler against the red line area and the baffler’s back buckle to the hole in the red line area, and press it tightly in succession.

Replace the top strap
The top strap might wear off after long-time use, and please replace it when necessary.

  1. Slightly move the front fixing rings of the strap to remove the strap, and remove the fixing rings from the strap.
  2. Place the fixing rings into the new strap, align one end to the device’s hole, and move the other end to attach the strap.

Replace the batteries and lanyard of the controller
Slide the battery cover downwards based on the downward arrow symbol on the controller side remove and replace the batteries and lanyard, then close the battery cover.

Firmware upgrade
Please refer to function prompts of DPVRAssistant to complete firmware upgrade.
