CHAMPION 201056 4250W Open Frame Inverter Generator

WARNING

product before operation. This QuickStart Guide IS NOT a substitute for the
Operator’s Manual.
Failure to operate the product correctly could result in damage to the
product, personal property or cause serious injury or death.
Set Up
-
Remove shipping spacers. Assembly > Remove Shipping Support Spacers.

Attach wheel kit. Assembly > Install the Wheel Kit
-
Add oil. Assembly > Add Engine Oil.
Recommended: 10W-30, up to 16.9 fl. oz. (500 ml) DO NOT overfill.
MAKE SURE SHIPPING BRACKETS ARE REMOVED BEFORE ADDING OIL -
Move the generator outdoors. Move generator to an open, outdoor area.
Point exhaust away from people and buildings.
Never run generator inside a home or garage.
Keep all objects at least 5 feet (1.5 m) from generator.
Heat from the muffler and exhaust gas can ignite combustible materials. -
Add fuel. Assembly > Add Fuel DO NOT use E15 or E85.

DO NOT plug in any electrical devices.
NEVER START OR STOP THE GENERATOR WITH ELECTRICAL DEVICES CONNECTED OR TURNED ON! -
Turn the fuel valve “ON”.

Press the engine switch to the “ON” position.
Start Up

Pull the choke knob out to the “CHOKE” position.

Pull the recoil to start the engine.

Push the choke knob in to the “RUN” position.

Plug in Operation > Connecting Electrical Loads.
