Thank you for purchasing and using our T12 wireless earbuds. Please read the user manual carefully before you use it.

How to Wear

Please place the earbuds into the cochlea gently, and adjust to the suitable angle.

POWER ON

Method 1: Both earbuds will be powered on and will be connected to each other automatically as soon as the charging case is opened. Take out both earbuds, the master earbud will be flashing orange and white LED light alternatively. (By default factory setting, the left ear-bud is the master earbud.)

Method 2: If your charging case is running out of battery, or if your earbuds are not in the case. Long press the multifunction button on both earbuds for about 2 seconds to power them on. The master earbud will be flashing orange and white LED light alternatively. (By default factory setting, the left earbud is the master earbud.)

PAIRING

Use Method 1 or 2 to pair up the device if you are using it for the first time. Tum on the earbuds and the Bluetooth function on your electronic device and search for “T12”. When it shows “connected” it means it is connected successfully. After connecting it for the first time, the earbuds will automatically connect with the device next time you turn them on. The earbuds will recognize the latest device it is connected to. If the latest device is not nearby, the earbuds will turn into searching mode (orange and white light flashing alternatively).

Notice

Pairing mode will only last for 10mins at most, the earbuds will power off after the time if they are not paired. You need to do redo the previous steps again to connect the earbuds with your electronic device after the 10mins.
The connection will lost if the earbuds are out of the range from the electronic device. It will be reconnected if both devices are within the detectable range in 10 minutes

POWER OFF

Method 1: Simply just put the earbuds back into the charging case and close it, then the earbuds will be powered off automatically. (The earbuds will not power off automatically if the charging case is out of battery)

Method 2: Long press any one of the earbuds for 6seconds, the orange light will be shown for 1 second and then the earbuds will be powered off.
( Note: If the earbud Is left unpaired for 1Ominutes, the earbud will automatically turn off.)

ANSWER A CALL
Press the multifunction button once to answer a call.
Ending a call
Press the multifunction button once to end a call
Rejecting a call
Press the multifunction button for 2 seconds.

CALL SWITCHING MODE

During a phone call, press the multifunction button for 2 seconds to Switch between your phone and the earbuds.

ONE-KEY SIRI

Under standby or music playing mode, double tap the multifunction button to activate Siri. (This feature is only available for IOS system devices)

MUSIC PLAYING

Play/Pause: Press the multifunction button to start or pause the music.
Previous song: Press the left earbud for 2 seconds to go back to the previous Song.
Next song: Press the right earbud for 2 seconds for the next song. (In mono mode, press any one of the earbuds for 2seconds for the next song.)
Mono mode: only can skip to the next Song.
Auto Play: Once you finished your phone call, the music will be back on automatically.

CHARGING FOR THE CHARGING CASE

The LED light indication tells the battery level of the charging case. When the battery is under 25%, a white light will flash to remind you to charge the case
While the charging case is charging using the USB cable, an orange light will indicate the battery level. (Flash 1 time every 2seconds, battery capacity is 0-25%; 1 time every second, battery capacity is 25-50%; 3 times every 2seconds, battery capacity is 50-75%; 2times every second, battery capacity is 75-100%. When the charging box is fuly charged, a constant orange light will be shown.)

CHARGING THE EARBUDS

When the earbuds are in low battery, there is a voice prompt to remind you to put the earbuds back into the case for charging. When the orange light is on when the earbuds are charging. The orange light will tum off when the earbuds are fully charged.

Active-Standby Mode

The earbuds can work independently; you do not necessarily need to connect both earbuds with your phone to get it to work. If you are using one earbud and would like to Connect another earbud, simply just take the remaining earbud out of the case.
When the master earbud (default left) is out of battery or is not placed in the charging case, the right earbud will change to the master earbud

TECHNICAL SOLUTION

If you have issues pairing the earbuds with your electronic device, please try the following steps first: Make sure the earbuds are fully charged; are powered on; are not paired with other devices; the mobile phone Bluetooth function is enabled and is on; within the range of distance between the earbuds and mobile phone.
If the above steps do not resolve the problem, please try to restore it back to factory default settings ( Method: Turn off the earbuds and then long press the multifunction button for 15seconds until the orange and white light are flashed for 1 second. Turn on the earbuds, and then press the multifunction button for two seconds on both earbuds to connect them together. Orange and white LED light will flash alternatively to indicate successful connection.) Try to connect with your device again according to the steps above

If it still does not work, you can try to set the earphone by long9 pressing the multifunction button of the earbuds and put them back into the charging case, then release your finger from the button.

SAFETY CRITERION

Please follow the instruction of the User manual and do not disassemble or modify the device otherwise it may causes the earbuds fail to work, or burnt.
Do not drop or wash the product in any liquid.
Do not use adapters with current / voltage exceed the limit 1A/5V to charge the case or the battery will be damaged.
Store the earphones in room temperature environment. (Do not leave it in places that are below 0 Celsius or above 45 Celsius)
Do not block the charging interface LED indicator and the microphone.
Do not use the earphone overtime and Over-volume, or it will make you feel dizzy or damage your hearing.
Do not use the devices in a thunderstorm environment. A thunderstorm may cause abnormal operation of the devices, signal interruption, etc

MONO MODE

For mono mode, make sure only one earbud is turned on before connecting to an electronic device.
When connecting to a known device, turn on the earbud by pressing the multifunction button for 2seconds and it will reconnect with the device automatically.
When playing music in mono mode, the multifunction button only allows you to switch to the next song.
When connecting to a new device, press the multifunction button for about 5 seconds to enter pairing mode, then select connect in the Bluetooth setting.

FAQs

How long-lasting are the REEHM T12 truly wireless earbuds?****

True wireless headphones often last 3 hours or less before their battery runs out. Charger cases come in handy in this situation. Using a good charging case can extend your headphones’ listening time by at least 5 to 6 hours.

I have REEHM T12 Bluetooth earbuds. How should I wear them?****
