What can I do if one of my earbuds keeps flashing pink
If one of your earbuds keeps flashing pink, you may have reset only one of the earbuds, or the reset of both earbuds may have been interrupted. To solve the issue, follow these steps.
- Place both earbuds in the charging case with the lid open. Ensure your earbuds are sufficiently charged.
- Press and hold (10 sec) the left and right buttons on the earbuds simultaneously until the earbud LEDs flash pink.
- When the earbud LEDs stop flashing pink, the earbuds have been reset.
Note The earbuds will need to be repaired to your mobile device. Remember to delete/forget the previous pairing in the Bluetooth menu on your mobile device.
