Disinfection principle and product structure

Disinfection principle

This product adopts the form of circulating wind to drive the polluted air into the ultraviolet sterilizer, caused by the polluted air, combines high- intensity ultraviolet ray, anion purification, and primary and high-efficiency filtration layer to realize the disinfection function. Since the ultraviolet lamp is sealed in the disinfection chamber, the air can realize the disinfection function when it passes through the disinfection chamber, so the product has no ultraviolet light leakage. And the ozone concentration in the work of UV lamp is 0.1 mglm3, which is in line with national standards of 0.15 mg/m3• Therefore, this product can realize the “man-machine coexistence”. This product mainly comprises a primary filter, high-efficiency filter, silver ion and lighting self-cleaning coating, UV resistant layer, high-intensity UV sterilization layer, anion purification, and the combination of motor, wind wheel, control module, and air duct accessory.

Using guide

1. Remove front pane
2. Remove UV-resistant high-efficiency silver ion and light self-cleaning coating HEPA filter
3. Install UV-resistant high-efficiency silver ion and light self-cleaning coating HEPA filter
4. lnstall front panel
5. Connect power
6. Turn on the switch and run the machine

Precautions

In order to prevent harm or property damage, please be sure to follow the following regulations and instructions.

• Please insert the plug completely into the power socket before starting the machine. If not, it may cause electric shock and overheating, even fire accidents. Do not use a damaged plug or loose power socket.

• Please remove the power cord when cleaning the machine. Else it may cause electric shock and injury.

• Do not touch the power plug with a wet hand, or else may cause an electric shock easily.

• Keep the machine dry, or else it may cause a short circuit or electric shock.

• Do not use the machine in a seriously damp environment such as a bathroom, otherwise easy to causes electric leakage, electric shock, fire, etc.

• Do not use the insecticide sprays while the machine is running. Let the indoor air circulate adequately first after using the insecticide, otherwise, it can make the machine interior accumulates medicaments composition, adverse to human health.

• Do not wipe the unit with alcohol or organic solution, otherwise, it may cause product damage or electric shock, even a fire accident.

• Do not close to combustible materials or ignition sources.

• Do not use the machine under a high lampblack environment such as the kitchen, otherwise, the machine will cause damage, and can not be used as a ventilation fan.

• If the unit works together with an electric heater, the room should keep ventilation. The machine can not remove the carbon monoxide,
  or else there may be a carbon monoxide poisoning accident.

• Hold the plug when you take out the power plug and do not pull wires which may cause short circuits or damage to wires to avoid a fire accident and electric shock.

• Please close the door and window as for fast purification of the room air.

Notice
Please turn off the power immediately in case of any of the following situations

• Malfunction of any switch
• Power supply short circuit
• Animal heating of wires or plugs
• Any bu mt smell, animal sound, or shock
• Any other animal or malfunction

Remark:
If the cord of the power cord is damaged,it must be replaced by a professional from the manufacturer,its maintenance department or a similar department in order to avoid danger.

Operation

Turn on
Push the touch button to turn on the machine. Enter automatic mode immediately after booting.

The icon is always bright after boot. When the corresponding function is enabled, the text indicator light will be on, the digital area will be displayed before 10s, and then the PM 2.5 value will be displayed.

Automatic disinfection
Boot default automatic mode; the air volume is adjusted with PM 2.5.

The spec relationship corresponds as follows:

Wind speed adjustment
Touch the “wind speed” button on the key screen, you can manually adjust the disinfection air volume, adjust the Pl ~3 gears, and the PO automatic mode circulating air volume to increase the sterilization speed. Timer function
Push the “Timer” key to set up the sterilizer working time from 1 to 12 hours to close, cycle options.When the timer function is turned on, the indicator light is bright.

Sleep mode

1. Touch the “Sleep” button on the key screen to enter the sleep mode, the air quality indicator is off, and the rest of the indicators are off except for the sleep indicator.
2. Sleep mode is forced to work at level l; Any key can deactivate the sleep mode and return to the pre-sleep state.

Plasma
Push the “Plasma” key to enter the plasma function.

Child lock function

1. Push the “Child lock” key to enter the child lock function, long press can be unlocked it.
2. When the child lock is not on, press and hold this button for 3 seconds to view the accumulated usage time of the filter, displayed in the PM2.5 area. The filter indicator lights up, and when four digits are displayed, it is displayed as a three-digit running.

Sterilization function
Push the “disinfection” key, turn on or off the UV lamp, and turn on or off the ultraviolet sterilization function.

Filter replacement

Filter replacement reminder
The cumulative working time of the filter was detected to reach 2000 h, the filter replacement indicator is bright.

Long press the “Child lock” key for 3s to check out the cumulative working time of filters, also can clear the use time of the new filter.

Replace the filter step

1. Take out the front panel
2. Install UV-resistant high-efficiency silver ion and light self-cleaning coating HEPA filter
3. lnstall the front panel

Disinfection and purification function

Physical filtration of bacteria and dust

1. The dust and microorganism bacteria in the air are filtered by physical filtration, and the air is sterilized by combining with high-intensity ultraviolet rays. At the same time, the influence of dust on the ultraviolet lamp radiation intensity was effectively prevented by the filter.UV lamps and filters can be easily replaced and loaded.

   High-intensity ultraviolet sterilization

3. The high-intensity ultraviolet lamp tube is sealed in the disinfection chamber, combined with the filter layer and the anti-ultraviolet layer to form the sterilization of the high-intensity ultraviolet radiation zone. Bacteria and viruses remaining in the filter layer and light-blocking layer will be killed to prevent secondary pollution. The bacteria in the indoor air will be killed under the circulation of the wind wheel and wind duct.

4. The plasma generator produces both negative ions and positive ions at the same time. Cleaning and maintenance

NOTICE: Pull out the Plug before maintenance and cleaning.

The main machine:
Please wipe the surface of the machine regularly with a damp cloth with a small amount of detergent water, and clean the air inlet&outlet with a brush.

UV lamp:
The radiation intensity height of the UV lamp will affect the air disinfection effect, every month should wipe the UV lamp with an alcoholic cotton ball once at least. To ensure that the radiation intensity height of the UV lamp is not affected by dust.

Sensor:
regularly clean the sensor lens and surface with a wet cotton swab,and then clean the remaining water stains on the sensor with a dry cotton swab.

Filters:
The filter replacement is reminded by the built-in program, each filter can be used for about 6-8 months, if the use of environmental pollution is serious, the filter needs to be replaced in advance, and the filter can be obtained from the designated dealer.

Filter care:
UV air purifier needs to maintain its filter regularly to make the best performance.

Controlling Authorization

1. Click “Personal Center” in the upper right corner
2. Click “Share Device”
3. Click “Add Share”
4. After entering the user account you want to authorize, click “Finish”
5. If the sharing is successful, the authorized user can control the air purifier
6. Press and hold the authorized user, and swipe left to perform the “delete” operation
