Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the product, charge it with a compatible power adapter and Type-C cable. When charging, the LED light will indicate a red color. When fully charged, the LED light will indicate a green color.
- Short press the power button and when you hear a beep, release it to power on the product.
- Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth and connect to the product’s app.
- The resistance can be adjusted through the app or using the machine’s digital buttons. The adjustable range is 7~66Lbs. To change the unit to KG, press until KG is displayed.
- If you are a fitness beginner, access various training videos on the app to easily follow along with exercises.
- The LED light indicates battery power levels – green for 100-50%, blue for 50-30%, and red for 20-0%.
