Specifications:

  • Material: Swimming pool liner
  • Deviation: 0.5 – 3.5% in base area, 2 cm in pool height
  • Recommended padding: Geotextile padding (at least 300
    g/m2)

Product Usage Instructions:

Preparation:

1. Read the pool assembly instructions thoroughly.

2. Open the box carefully without using sharp tools.

3. Ensure the pool floor is free of stones and bumps.

4. Consider using a geotextile padding for protection.

Fixation:

1. Hang the welded hook-on profile of the liner over the steel
wall.

2. Secure the liner in place with a handrail.

Bottom Leveling:

1. Pull the liner bottom into the corners of the pool wall and
floor.

2. Ensure the outer weld seam is close to the fillets evenly all
around.

3. Pull up the liner vertically and attach according to tucks
type.

Filling the Pool:

1. Fill the pool just below built-in parts before cutting out
for skimmers, inlet nozzles, and lights.

2. Correction is not possible once water level reaches 3 – 5
cm.

Care Instructions:

1. Avoid direct contact of undissolved water care products with
the liner.

2. Dissolve care products in a bucket with pool water before
adding to the pool.

3. Always read labels and product information before use to
prevent damage.

Water Changing:

If completely changing water, ensure liner does not dry out for
more than a day to maintain elasticity.

Guarantee:

The guarantee covers weld seam defects; however, customer-made
cutouts void damage guarantee.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

Q: What happens if sharp tools are used to open the box?

A: Using sharp tools can damage the liner or packaging,
affecting the product integrity. It is recommended to avoid using
sharp tools for box opening.

Q: Can I install the pool liner without a geotextile

padding?

A: While not mandatory, using a geotextile padding is
recommended for added protection and to ensure a smooth

Pool liner Installation guide
Important instructions However, before you start assembling the liner, you should read this manual carefully and follow the instructions it contains.
Dimensional deviations In order to guarantee a crease-free and perfect fit, all swimming pool liners are made slightly smaller than the actual pool dimensions. These deviations amount to approx. 0.5 – 3.5% in the base area and approx. 2 cm in the pool height.
Preparation Read the appropriate sections of the instructions for assembling your pool and follow the instructions to install the pool liner. Open the box. Do not use sharp tools (see graphic markings on the packaging). Before the liner is installed in the pool, the floor must be completely free of stones and bumps. A protective geotextile padding (at least 300 g / m2) is recommended as a base for protection.
Assembly instructions The pool liner is stretched slightly during assembly, but this is not a problem. The stretchability of the liner is approx. 20 %. This means that the liner expands when it is filled with water and pushes itself into the corners of the pool. Please pay attention to the temperature and sunshine during installation. Installation may only be carried out at an air temperature of 18 – 25 ° C and not in direct sunlight. If the outside temperature is too cold, the liner becomes a little stiff. If it is too warm, the liner stretches too much and wrinkles can form. Do not enter the pool with shoes during assembly. Either go barefoot or wear socks. Keep all tools and sharp objects away from the pool. When unpacking the pool liner from box, please make sure not to cut too deeply into the packaging with a knife or carpet cutter.
Fixation The liner has a welded hook-on profile that hangs precisely over the steel wall. Then is the liner fixed with a handrail.
Bottom leveling The liner bottom must be pulled into the corners of the pool wall and floor. Make sure, that the outer weld seam

that connects the liner base with its wall, is as close as possible to the fillets. The distance should be even all around. Then is the liner pulled up vertically and attached according to the type of tucks. Filling the pool A correction is no longer possible from a water level of 3 – 5 cm. Fill the basin to just below the built-in parts and only now make the cutouts for skimmers, inlet nozzles and / or underwater lights.
Care instructions Make sure that undissolved water care products do not come into direct contact with the liner. Dissolve this beforehand in a bucket with some pool water before adding it to the pool. Always read the label and product information before use. Improper use of all types of water care products can damage the liner.
Water changing If the water is completely changed (at least every 5 years), the liner must not dry out for more than a day. If it does, the elasticity is lost due to loss of plasticizer.
Guarantee The guarantee for the liner extends to weld seam defects. In the case of cutouts made by the customer, the guarantee for damage and consequential damage expires.
No guarantee is given for:
· · Bleaching or embrittlement of the liner · · incorrect use of water care products · · manual damage · · Incorrectly made cutouts for built-in parts · · Rust spots / rusting through of the steel wall due to damage caused on site · · Use of unsuitable silicones and sealants on swimming pool or steel wall
