Setting Up the System

1. Power on the device
2. Download O-KAM Pro APP
   • Search for “O-KAM Pro” in App Store or Google Play, or scan the OR code below to download the APP.
3. Register and Log In
   • Select -Register now”, select the corresponding region, enter your account number and password to complete the registration and log in.
4. Add Devices—WiFi Devices
   •  Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
   • GO to the homepage, click “O” in the upper right corner, select the device you want to connect in the pop-up window, and click “Connect”.
   • Enter the correct WiFi and password.
   • Connection completed.
   • Get started.

Add Devices—4G Devices

1. Open the APP, log in your account, click “O “in the upper right corner to scan the QR code on the device.
2. Follow the instructions to complete the connection.
   Note: The SIM card must be inserted into the 4G device first and ensure that the device is online.

Video Call

1. Click the device image and enter the live view page.
2. Click “Video call” to start a video call with the device.
3. You can also make a video call to your phone by pressing the call button on the device.

 Device Sharing

1. Go to “System settings”–“Share”;
2. Share the QR code.

 FAQ

• Q: Turn on the battery switch but the device won’t turn on?
  A: The battery is low, plug it in and wait 3-5 minutes for charging.

• Q: The battery switch is constantly on and the battery is depleted, but the device won’t turn on when plugged in.
  A: Turn the battery switch off and plug it in to turn it on. Or turn on the battery switch, plug it in, and wait 3-5 minutes, or even longer, to charge and turn on the device.

• Q: How to charge the battery?
  A: Turn the battery switch to on and plug it in to charge. If the battery switch is turned off, the device can be turned on but cannot be charged when plugged in.
