Product description and intended use
The product is a hub that sends data to and receives data from Husqvarna products that have a Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) module. The hub sends the data through the cloud solution Husqvarna Fleet Services™. To get access to the data, a Husqvarna Fleet Services™ account is necessary. Refer to Husqvarna Fleet Services™ on page 3 for more information.

The product has a built-in Bluetooth® interface and a mobile network interface.

CAUTION: Local restrictions for operation, such as in aircraft or hospitals, must be obeyed. When the product is installed, it is not possible to set it in flight mode.

LED indicator overview

Assembly

To assemble the product
The hub has a built-in antenna for Bluetooth® communication. For better signal strength, we recommend installing the external antenna.

  1. Remove the nut and the washer from the antenna.
  2. To install the antenna horizontally, do these steps:
    • Put the antenna wires through the hole (A) in the antenna bracket.
    • Install and tighten the nut.
    • Put the antenna wires through the hole (B) in the antenna bracket.
  3. To install the antenna vertically, do these steps:
    • Do not use hole (A) and put the antenna wires directly through hole (B).
    • Install and tighten the nut.
  4. Connect the antenna wires to the related connectors at the front of the hub.
  5. Connect the power cord to the connector (A).
  6. Install the correct power plug for your market in the adapter.

Installation

Introduction

To install the product

  1. Connect the power adapter to a power outlet.
  2. Wait until the LED indicators on the product do not flash orange.
  3. Connect the product to the app Husqvarna Fleet Services.
    • Refer to To connect to the product with Husqvarna Fleet Services on page 6.
    • Obey the instructions in the app Husqvarna Fleet Services.

To connect to the product with Husqvarna Fleet Services
Note: Radio transmission by Bluetooth® will be enabled on the first time of connection to the mains socket, and stay on after that.

  1. Download the iOS or Android app Husqvarna Fleet Services.
  2. Go to https://fleetservices.husqvarna.com for more information.

To install the product on a wall
Note:
Since walls can be of different materials, screws are not included.

  1. Disconnect the product from the power supply.
  2. Select a location in range of the connected Husqvarna products.
  3. Install the product on the wall with 4 screws.
    • Put the product with the antenna up and the connectors down.
    • Use M5 screws and tighten to 0.5 Nm.

Maintenance

To clean the product
