HOW TO USE PASTA MAKER
-
Open the lid, it can be used as a feeding tray.
-
Before sheet/thin the dough please pull out the dough cutting roller, that one of the rollers has been installed in the machine body when packing.
Tips: When pulling out the cutting roller, we can turn on the machine then pull it out in a 30-degree direction to the upper right corner, which will make it easier to pull out. -
Carefully adjust roller gap to gradually thin the dough to a proper thickness. Gap gear knob controls four gears. Number 4 is 3mm thickness. Number 3 is 2mm. Number 2 is 1.5mm. Number 1 is 0.3-0.7mm.
-
Set a cutting roller (determines a width of noodles). Then cut dough sheet into noodle strands next. Keep the gap gear the same with the final thickness of the dough sheet.
Tips: we can do dusting during thinning and cutting processes so that dough sheets or noodles do not stick.
