Installation Instructions:

Open the trunk and locate the trunk light on the right side.
Use a trim tool to remove the existing trunk lighting.
Disconnect the plug from the original lighting.
Plug the power harness of the new product into the original lighting plug.
Take out the light strip, connect it to the power cord, and ensure it lights up evenly.
Insert the light strip into the rubber strip ensuring the bright side faces outward.
Securely install the light strip into the rubber strip following the provided direction.
Connect the plug into the power cord after installing the light bar.
Reinstall the lighting and conceal any exposed wiring in the trim panel.

FAQ:

Light is not on:

Possible Reasons:

The wiring harness is loose or not connected.
The plug may be inserted into the wrong side; ensure it is connected to the correct side (right side only).
The door may not be closed properly.

The light won’t go out by itself:

Possible Reasons:

The wiring harness may be loose or not connected properly.
The plug may have been connected to the wrong side, as it should only be connected to the right side.
Ensure that the door is closed securely to allow proper operation.

Note: Model 3 and Model Y do not share the same

Open the trunk and find the trunk light on the right side.
(Note: You can only connect the light on the right side, not the left side)
Use the trim tool to remove the trunk lighting
After removing the lighting, pull out the plug
Take out the power harness of our product and plug it into the original lighting plug 1 is to plug back into the original trunk lighting 2 is to plug into the original trunk lighting plug 3 is to plug into the ambient light )
Take out the light strip, plug it into the power cord, and check whether the light strip shines evenly and whether it can light up (Also identify the direction of the light, so that it will not be installed backwards during installation)
Open the rubber strip with your hands and put the light strip in. The bright side cannot be facing inward (The position of the lamp head is also as shown in the picture. At the connection between the upper trim panel and the side trim panel inside the trunk, make sure the power plug harness is long enough to be connected. Just go up)
As shown in the picture, slowly install the light strip into the rubber strip and follow the direction as shown in the picture (If you are still unclear, you can watch the installation video or contact us)
After installing the light bar, plug the plug into the power cord.
Reinstall the lighting and hide the exposed wiring harness in the trim panel.
