INSTRUCTIONS

BATTERY INSTALLATION

Use 2 x 1.5v type AAA batteries. Take care to fit batteries observing the plus & minus markings. Replace all used batteries at the same time. Do not mix used and new batteries, rechargeable, different types (alkaline or carbon zinc), or different brands of batteries. Only use batteries of the same type. Non- rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before being charged. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited. Exhausted batteries are to be removed immediately. To insert / replace batteries: Unscrew battery cover and insert batteries, observing polarity guide. Ensure battery cover is securely screwed in place before use. The crossed out wheelie-bin symbol on this product is to remind you that waste electrical and electronic products, batteries and accumulators should not be disposed of with household waste. If you are unable to re-use or recycle your article it should be disposed of at a civic amenity site/local authority recycling facilities. Packaging (and instructions if included) must be kept since they contain important information.
