Product Usage Instructions:

Before Use:

  1. Remove the water tank by sliding it down.
  2. Open the water inlet cap.
  3. Fill the water tank with water to the max level.
  4. Close the water inlet cap.
  5. Return the water tank to its place by sliding it up until
    completely set.

Accessories:

The reversible pad is used for dewrinkling and lint/hair
removal. Unplug the appliance before changing the pad. The travel
pouch is for storage or travel use, ensure the appliance is cooled
down before storing it in the pouch.

Usage:

  1. Plug-in the appliance and switch it on.

  2. Wait at least 15 seconds before pressing the steam button.

  3. Press the steam button with the steam head facing away from you
    in a vertical position.

  4. Pass the steam jets over your garment vertically for optimal
    use.

After Use:

  1. Switch off and unplug the appliance.
  2. Wait for an hour for the appliance to cool down before
    storing.

Anti Calc Operation:

If performance decreases, perform an anti-calc operation in a
vented room. Empty the water tank, remove the pad, and follow
instructions for this operation.

Before first use
When you first use the appliance, some smoke or a harmless odour may be produced or there may be a small discharge of particles. This will not affect the use of the appliance and will disappear quickly.
What water to use?
· Your appliance has been designed to use tap water. If your water is very hard, mix 50% tap water and 50% bottled demineralised water. Do not use pure demineralised or pure distilled water. Never use water containing additives (starch, perfume, aromatic substances, softeners, etc.), or condensation water (for example water from tumble dryers, water from refrigerators, water from air conditioning units, rainwater). This water contains organic waste materials or minerals that concentrate under the effect of heat and cause spitting, brown colouring or premature ageing of your appliance.

1 BEFORE USE
Remove the water tank by sliding it down.
Open the water inlet cap.
Fill the water tank with water to the limit of max level (See section “what water to use”).
Close the water inlet cap. 8

Return the water tank to its place by sliding it up until completely set. Make sure that water tank is fully set in place.
As steam is very hot: never attempt to remove creases from a garment while it is being worn, always hang garments on a clothes hanger.

2 ACCESSORIES
The reversible pad is composed of one side with soft velvet fabric to dewrinkle your garments with no damage and the other side with lint & hair remover to brush the surface of the textile. Before removing or attaching the pad, unplug your appliance and allow it to cool down, for one hour.
The travel pouch
is used to store your appliance or to travel with. Before using the travel pouch, unplug your appliance, empty the water tank and allow it to cool down for one hour.

Plug-in the appliance. Switch on the appliance by sliding the switch on button.

For optimal use, pass the steam jets over your garment from top to bottom in a vertical position, at 30 degres or 90 degres but never in a horizontal position.
Tips: Check the fabric’s label for
recommendations. We recommended that you test acrylic, nylon or other synthetic fabrics in an inconspicuous area to ensure these fabrics are not damaged by hot steam.
For optimal results, always pass the steamer in contact with your garment.

5 ANTI CALC
Anti-calc operation can be done if you notice your appliance performance has decreased. Do this operation in a vented room.

Empty the water tank completely and then close the water inlet cap.

Remove the pad* before operation. Remove the water tank by sliding it down.

Return the water tank to its place on the appliance, make sure it is completely in place.

6 CLEANING
Wait an hour for the appliance to completely cool down.

Remove the pad* from the appliance. Clean the plastic parts of the appliance with a dry cloth. Do not use any detergent.

The reversible pad* can be hand washed with clear water and soap. Let it dry before reusing it.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
There is no steam.
The appliance does not heat. Water tank leaks. Steam rate decreases or rejects particles. The steam leaves stains on the fabric or the appliance spits
The heating light is switching off during use. Water leaks from steam head.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
The appliance is not plugged in, or not switched on.
The water level is too low / the pump cannot reach the water.
The steam pump has not been primed. You are using the appliance for the first time. The water tank is not fully in place.
It is not plugged in, or not switched on. The water tank is not fully in place.
Calc build-up
You are using water with additives.
The appliance has not been rinsed enough after the descaling operation. You are using other liquids than white vinegar to descale the product. It is not a defective sign. The light switch on and off during the heating regulation. The appliance has been in a tilted position for too long or is in a horizontal position.

SOLUTIONS
Check that your appliance is correctly plugged in and switched on. Then wait for approximatively 15 sec for steam to be available.. Regularly bring your appliance back to a vertical position. If still not working, unplug your appliance and refill it. Press the steam trigger continuously until the steam appears.
