SoloPods Single AirPods
You have chosen a single earphone from us. To pair it with an existing set you need to follow some steps. To avoid complications, strictly follow these instructions!
Installation Instructions
Step #1: Access AirPods in settings
On any device that is near the AirPods and has already been connected to it
once, go to Settings and here go to the “Bluetooth” sub-item.
Step #2: Eject AirPods
In Bluetooth settings, click on the (i) next to your AirPods. At the very
bottom of the page, select “Ignore this device” and confirm. Also, confirm
that you want to remove the AirPods from iCloud.
Important : If you still have your old, broken AirPod, please put it far
away from the set and the newly purchased AirPod. It may interfere with the
pairing!
Step #3: Pair & charge the new set
Now put the earphone you bought from us into the charging case with your “old”
earphone. Connect the case to a charger and let everything charge for at least
30 to 60 minutes. The longer you let the set charge, the less likely errors
will occur.
Step #4: Initiate pairing of earphones
After the 30-60 minutes, open your charging case and leave it open from now
on. Is the charging case LED flashing white? Then your AirPods are already
paired. Is the LED flashing orange, permanently lit in white or in orange?
Then the pairing must be triggered manually. To do this, press the button on
the back of the charging case for at least 60 seconds until the LED starts
pulsing white.
Step #5: Pairing with the new set
Unlock your iPhone or iPad. The connection indicator on your AirPods should
appear immediately. Using an Android smartphone and / or the connection
indicator doesn’t appear? Go into the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone or
tablet and select AirPods in the list of pairable devices.
Are there any difficulties with the setup despite the instructions?
In rare cases, there are obstacles when pairing the new AirPod with a set.
First of all, we ask you to go through the instructions a second – and if
necessary, a third time step by step. In particular, make sure that the
AirPods are deleted from each device and then charged for at least 30 minutes.
That doesn’t help either?
In most cases, there is a difference between the generation of your AirPod set
and the replacement AirPod you ordered from us. Please check whether you have
ordered the correct generation. We provide a product finder on our website
that can help you quickly. In addition, in rare cases there may be software-
related problems, for example an error message on the iPhone or sound signals
from the charging case. These problems usually resolve themselves when the
AirPods have been charging together in the charging case for long enough. If
