Product Usage Instructions

XDRIN – LAYOUT

This product is designed for use in home and building entrances.
It can be controlled via the B-Mottura app available on Android and
iOS devices. It can be opened using a key, knob, or through generic
devices with dry contacts.

XDRIN – CYLINDERS

The lock on the external side can be operated using the
B-Mottura app on Android or iOS devices, or with devices like
BDIGIT, BTRACK, BTAG, or BKEY. It features a keyboard and
transponder reader (XDIGIT) and requires a relay module with
Mottura device fingerprint and transponder reader (XTRACK). A tag
is required for programming.

XDRIN – TYPES

This product comes in various models such as 49.XD6, 49.XD5,
49.XD4, etc., offering different features and specifications.

RIM LOCK

Characteristics: Motorized lock suitable for pedestrian entries,
gate doors, and building entrances. Available in key/key version
with automatic bolt closing. Tested for dust and water
resistance.

CYLINDER

Characteristics: Motorized lock recommended for external
accesses. Available in key/thumbturn version with automatic bolt
closing. Tested for dust and water resistance.

FAQ

Q: Can the lock be powered by batteries?

A: No, the lock is mains powered and requires a 12/24V ac/dc
power source.

Q: How can I specify the backset option when ordering?

A: You can specify the backset option (variable backset 50/60/70
mm or fixed backset 80 mm) when placing your order.
