Mr. Christmas 49356 NC Santa’s Biplane Tree Topper

For the delight and amusement of all people age 14 and over. For indoor use only.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using electrical products, basic precautions should always be followed including the following:

  • “Do not use seasonal products outdoors unless marked suitable for indoor and outdoor use. When products are used in outdoor applications, connect the product to a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupting (GFCI) outlet. If one is not provided, contact a qualified electrician for proper installation.”
  • “This seasonal use product is not intended for permanent installation or use.”
  • “Do not mount or place near gas or electric heaters, fireplaces, candles, or other similar sources of heat.”
  • “Do not secure the wiring of the product with staples or nails, or place on sharp hooks or nails.”

  • “This is an electric product – not a toy! To avoid the risk of fire, burns, personal injury, and electric shock it should not be played with or placed where small children can reach it.”
  • “Do not use this product for other than its intended use.”
  • “Do not hang ornaments or other objects from cord, wire, or light string.”
  • “Do not close doors or windows on the product or extension cords as this may damage the wire insulation.”
  • “Do not cover the product with cloth, paper or any material not part of the product when in use.”
  • “Read and follow all instructions that are on the product or provided with the product.”

OPERATION

  1. Attach one end of the metal wire into the tree topper [See Fig. 1] and the other end into the Santa’s Sleigh [See Fig. 2]. Slight force may be needed to insert the wire into the holes.
  2. Insert the back end of the Santa’s Sleigh into the metal part coming out of the Banner [See Figs. 3 & 4].
  3. Use the two bands to wrap the tree topper around the Christmas tree [See Fig. 5]. The final assembly of Santa’s Sleigh and Banner should look like Fig. 6.
  4. Insert the adapter plug into the unit jack of the tree topper [See Fig. 7]. Plug the adapter into a nearby working outlet. The adapter is intended to be correctly oriented in a vertical or floor-mount position.
  5. Tree branches or other obstacles should be moved to make sure Santa’s Sleigh and Banner can move smoothly.
  6. Move the switch to the position for light and motion.
  7. Move the switch to the position to light up the Star only.
  8. Move the switch to the position to turn it off.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Do not expose this item to moisture or outdoors. This item is for indoor use only.
  2. When the product is placed on a live tree, the tree should be well-maintained and fresh. Do not place on live trees in which the needles are brown or break off easily. Keep the tree holder filled with water.
  3. If the product is placed on a tree, the tree should be well-secured and stable.
  4. Before using or reusing, inspect the product carefully. Discard any products that have cut, damaged, or frayed wire insulation or cords, cracks in the lamp holders or enclosures, loose connections, or exposed copper wires.
  5. When storing the product, carefully remove the product from wherever it is placed, including trees, branches, or bushes, to avoid any undue strain or stress on the product conductors, connections, and wires.
  6. When not in use, store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.
  7. If necessary, clean the product by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any corrosive cleanser or chemical solution on this item.
