CHARGING

Charging Methods

  1. Connect the main body to charge
  2. Hang on the wall mount to charge
  3. Charge the battery separately

USING

Before use, make sure that
The battery is fully charged, and fixed in place.
When storing the vacuum cleaner for a long time and not using it, please make sure to charge and discharged it at least every three months.

Power On/Off
Press once to switch on and again to switch off.

Select Cleaning Mode
There are four suction modes: MIN<MID<MAX, and AUTO.
Press the “ ” to adjust suction mode.
Press the “ ” once to switch to MID mode, twice to switch to MAX mode, three times to switch to AUTO mode.

Abnormal Indicator

  1. The battery level indicator blinks red indicating that the battery level is below 10%. The vacuum cleaner should be charged as soon as possible.
  2. The LED on the motorized brush is off and the red brush roll indicator keeps flashing, indicating that the brush roll is locked. Please check and clean immediately.
  3. The red curved arrow light blinks for 10 seconds, indicating a clogged mian unit, dust cup or duct. Please check and clean immediately.

CLEANING

Main Body Cleaning
Turn off the power before cleaning the body.
Please use a neutral detergent, wipe the body with half-wet cloth.
Please avoid sun exposure and store in a cool and dry place.

Dust cup cleaning

  1. Empty the Dust Cup
    Press the dust empty button to empty the dust.
    When using, if the garbage in the dust cup exceeds MAX line, please empty it in time.

  2. Clean the Dust Cup and Filter
    Remove the dust cup by pressing and holding the dust cup release buttons on the left and right sides of the handle.

Note: Wash the filters with cold water at least once every month.
Filter sponge can be rinsed with water to remove that.
Piease make sure the filters are ccompletely dry before installation.

Brush Roller Cleaning

WARNING
Note: After long periods of use, the bristle may be jammed by hair or similar build-up. It’s recommended to clean the brush roller periodically to ensure efficient operation and maintain suction.
Remove the brush roller, gently clean the motored brush window and suction mouth.

Remove the debris wrapped around the roller with Powerffy Hair Cleaning Tool, then flush with water.

Insert the brush roller into the motored brush window, push down the cover until it securely in place. (Please make sure the brush roller is completely dry before using.)

TROUBLESHOOTING

ISSUE CAUSE SOLUTION
Vacuum not work • Out of power

• Battery not installed in place or has failed
• Automatic protection triggered by high temperatures due to clogging
• Motor has failed| • Full charge the battery
• Battery pack installed in place.
• Clear the blockage and restart after it cools down
• Send a video to the
Powerffy team and get professional after-sales service
Weak suction| • Dust cup is full
• Motorized floor brushes, tubes or filters are clogged with garbage
• Low battery power
• Dust cup or filter are not installed correctly| • Empty the Dust Cup
• Remove the clogged garbage
• Full charge the battery
• Dry out Filter
• Install the filters and dust cup according to the instruction correctly
Charging is not normal| • Charger is not correctly connected
• Battery or charger has failed
• Charger is not original
• Battery temperature too high or too low| • Make sure the charger is fully plugged into the outlet
• Contact Powerffy Team via email for replacing
• Use the Powerffy original charger
• Please wait until the battery temperature returns to normal before charging
Insufficient use time after charging| • Insufficient charging time
• Motorized floor brush, dust cup, tube or filters is clogged with garbage
• Battery aging| • Full charge the battery
• Remove the clogged garbage
• Replace a new Powerffy battery
The battery indicator flashes while the motorized floor brush stops| • Motorized floor brush is clogged with garbage| • Clear out any garbage that is blocking the motorized floor brush
