Warning

  1. Do not use a damaged power plug or loose electric outlet.
  2. Make sure to use a dedicated electrical outlet. Falling to do so may result in electric shock or fire.
  3. Do not move the product by pulling the power plug.

  5. Do not forcefully bend the power cord or place heavy objects on it to prevent it from being damaged or deformed.
  6. Do not connect and pull out the power plug repeatedly.

  12. Do not insert a wire or sharp object in any product gaps or the warm air outlet. This may result in electric shock or product damage.
  13. Do not place an electric heater near the product or dispose any of burning materials such as a lit cigarette In the toilet. This may result in fireor product deformation.
  14. Do not place any containers filled with water, medicine, food, any metallic objects, or any flammable material on top of the products. If foreign material enters the product, this may result in electric shock or fire.
  15. Do not use the product in locations exposed to excessive moisture and do not splash water onto the product.
  16. Do not use the product if it is not working properly. Please unplug the product immediately and call our service center after closing the main water supply valve. Failing to do so may result in electric shock or fire.
  17. While taking a shower or cleaning the bathroom, pull the power plug out of the electrical outlet and exercise caution that water or detergent does not splash onto the bidet. Falling to do so may result in electric shock or fire.
  18. Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product yourself.
  19. Do not use the product while bathing.
  20. Do not place or store the product where it can fall or be pulled
  21. into a tub or sink. Do not place in or drop the product into water or any other
  22. liquid. Do not reach for the product if it has fallen into water. Unplug the product immediately.
  23. Do not operate or store the unit in locations where flammable or combustible materials are used.
  24. Do not use industrial water or gray water for the supply as this may cause skin damage or disease.
  25. Do not block the warm air outlet with your hand.
  26. Turn off the main water supply valve when cleaning the filter.
  27. For Children and senior who may have difficulties with adjusting temperature or those with sensitive skin o r impaired
  28. heat sensitivity, set the temperature of wash spray, warm air dryr , and seat to “low” or “off” to prevent burning.
  29. Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by children or persons requiring general assistance. Do not press the buttons using excessive force.
  30. Do not stand or place a heavy object on the seat cover.
  31. Use this product for its intended use only, as described in this manual. Do not use any attachments that are not recommended by us.
  32. Never operate this product if it has a damaged cord or plug, if itis not working properly, if it has been dropped o r damaged, or dropped into water. Return the product to our service center for examination and repair.
  33. Keep the cord away from heated surface.
  34. Never block the air openings of the product or place it on a soft surface such as a bed or couch, where the air openings maybe blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint hair, etc.
  35. Never use the product while sleeping or when drowsy.
  36. Never drop or insert any object in to any opening or hose.
  37. Do not use the product outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where it could be exposed to oxygen.
  38. This product should be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape route (wire) for the electric current. This product i s equipped with a cord consisting of a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged in to an outlet that i s properly installed and grounded.
  39. Unplug this product before filling. Fill(reservoir) with water only unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Do not over fill( or specify filling instructions. )
  40. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  41. Appliance must be earthed.
  42. If the supply cord i s damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  43. The new hose-sets supplied with the appliance are to be used and that old hose-sets should not be reused.

Safety Precautions
Caution

  1. Do not connect the main water to the hot water pipe(only connect to cold water supply).
  2. After the installation, make sure to check all water supply connections for leaks. Rubber washers should be in place for the water connection hoses &T valve.
  3. Do not open/close the seat cover using excessive force.
  4. Exercise caution that urine does not come into contact with the nozzles or warm air dryer outlet-failure to do so may result in bad odors or malfunction.
  5. If the product will not be used for a long period of time, unplug the power cord, close the main water supply valve, and drain any water in the water tank.
  6. Do not pull out the bidet hose or connection hose using excessive force.
  7. Do not use thinner, benzene, acidic chemicals, chloride, or hydrochloric acid detergent. This may result In corrosion to the metal parts or discoloration or scratches to the bidet body.
  8. The appliance i s not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision o r instruction. Children being supervised not to play with the appliance.
  9. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and use maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  10. If the supply cord i s damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, Its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  11. This marking Indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmental safe recycling.

Operation

Automatic Seat & Cover Open
Press ‘seat & cover open” button to open the seat & cover. Depending on the seat cover’s initial position, pressing the button to open the seat or cover, the seat & cover close  utomatically when motion sensor detects no movement for 90 seconds.

Press “seat & cover close” button to close the seat & cover. Depending on the seat cover’s initial position, pressing the button to close the seat or cover, the seat & cover   ose  utomatically when motion sensor detects no movement for 90 seconds.
Rear washing/ Oscillating washing While sitting, press to activate rear washing for 2 minutes. While washing is activated, long press to initiate oscillating movement of  he nozzle. This moves the nozzle back and forth for more thorough cleansing effect. Press one more to stop.
Front washing/ Oscillating washing
While sitting, press to activate front washing for 2 minutes. While washing is activated, long press to initiate oscillating movement of the nozzle. This moves the nozzle back   nd forth for more thorough cleansing effect. Press one more to stop.
Dryer
While sitting, press to activate dryer to dry wet parts after washing. Activates for 3 minutes before automatically stopping. If you wish to stop before 3 minutes is over, press   top or simply leave the seat.
Stop/ Flush
While sitting, press to stop any ongoing function.  While not sitting, long press to flush the toilet.
Nozzle position
Press to set the level adjustment buttons to nozzle position mode. Press buttons at left side to adjust the nozzle position as preferred. The nozzle can be ejected in 4 different   ositions. The previous user’s setting applies when no adjustment is made by the current user. Nozzle position is adjustable anytime during activation.
Water pressure
Press to adjust the water pressure as preferred. There are 3 water pressure levels available. The previous user’s setting applies when no adjustment is made by the current user. Water pressure is adjustable anytime during activation.
Water temperature
Press to adjust the water temperature as preferred. There are 4 water temperature levels available. The previous user’s setting applies when no adjustment is made by the current user. Water temperature is adjustable anytime during activation.
Dryer temperature
Press to adjust the dryer temperature as preferred. There are 3 dryer temperature levels available. The previous user’s setting applies when no adjustment is made by the current user. Dryer temperature is adjustable anytime during activation.
Seat temperature
Press to adjust the seat temperature as preferred. There are 3 seat temperature levels available. The previous user’s setting applies when no adjustment is made by the current user.
Night light/ Eco
Press “Night light” ON/ OFF. Long press for “Eco” mode ON/OFF. When “Eco” mode is on, both water heating and seat heating functions will stop for 8 hours, unless there the tollet is sat. If the toilet is sat, “ECO” mode will turn off automatically.
Auto wash program/ “Flush mode” shift:
Press to active “Rear auto wash program” Rear wash for 30s — rear oscillating wash for 30s — drying for 3 minutes Press “Front wash’ first, then long press “Auto” to active “Front wash program” Front wash for 30s — front oscillating wash for 30s — drying for 3 minutes The previous user’s setting applies when no adjustment is made by the current user for water temperature, water pressure and dryer temperature. Long press to shift “Flush mode” Default flush mode is flush when the user stands up; after switch lush mode, when dryer start working, the toilet will flush at the same time
Child auto wash program/ Mute mode
Press to active “Child wash auto program”: Press to active “Child rear auto wash program’ Rear wash for 15s — rear oscillating wash for 15s — drying for 1 minute Press  Front wash’ first, then press “Auto” to active “Child front wash program” Front wash for 30s — Front oscillating wash for 30s — drying for 3 minutes  Water temperature,  ater pressure and dryer temperature are all at lowest level when in child mode.
Long press “Mute mode” OW/ OFF.
There will be not any sounds of the toilet when “Mute  ode” is ON

Installation

Important information
NOTE: This product i s designed for installation with the electrical and water supplies located through the wall.
Grounding Instructions

  • This product should be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This product is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.
    WARNING: Risk of electric shock. Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock.

  • If repair or replacement of the cord or plug is necessary, do not connect the grounding wire to either flat blade terminal. The wire with insulation having an outer surface that i s green with or without yellow stripes i s the grounding wire.

  • Check with a qualified electrician or service personnel if the grounding instructions are not completely understood, or if in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded.

  • This product is factory equipped with a specific electric cord and plug to permit connection to proper electric circuit. Make sure that the product i s connected to an utlet having the same configuration as the plug. No adapter should be used with this product. Do not modify the plug  provided — if it will not fit the outlet, have the  roper outlet installed by a qualified electrician. If the product must be reconnected for use ona  different type of electric circuit, the connection should be made by qualified service personnel.

Required tools and material

Before You Begin
WARNING: Risk of electric shock. Disconnect the power before servicing.
WARNING: Risk of electrical shock. Connect only to a properly-grounded, grounding-type receptacle which i s protected by a Ground-Fault Circuit- Interrupter (GFCI).  o   ot remove the grounding pin or use a grounding adapter.
CAUTION: Risk o f hazardous gases. If a new toilet is not installed immediately, temporarily place a rag in the floor flange opening.
IMPORTANT! The water supply input pipe must be a minimum o f 1/2” copper pipe or PEX tube to provide the minimum water flow for this product to operate properly.

Install the toilet

  1. Define the position of the connector : Place the connector onto the pan, and position the connector between the outlet and waste pipe. Installation instructions are supplied with each respective pan connector.

  2. Put the toilet on the position where it will be installed, mark the positions of the floor fixing kits holes.

  3. Drill fixing holes at the marked locations on the floor and insert the anchors where required.

  4. Place a washer onto each of the hexagon screws and fix the brackets t o the floor.

  5. Position the toilet in the marked location, while ensuring an effective connection i s made with the pan connector.

  6. Install the plastic screw sleeves and use the screws to fix the toilet to the brackets. Attached the chromed caps to the screw heads.

  7. Install the water input angle valve and connect the hose .(Please release the water i n the pipe for 3-5 minutes in order t o ensure the cleanness in the pipe before connect to the hose.

  8. Coat a anti mildew sealants on the circle of the toilt contacting with the ground.

  9. After sealants solid, plug in the power and slowly open the angle valve. Control the water pressure under 7.5kgs and check the connection well sealed.

Reminder

Itis normal phenomenon that the nozzle flows when open angle valve for the new products and i t will be normal after recover power supply.
Please turn off power and water supply when dismantling.

Trial operation
After finished connection of water supply, open the angle valve and switch on the power.
The magnetic valve will flush the toilet and the nozzle come out which i s the self-inspection process.
The water temperature indicator flashes which means the water tank is getting water and after 40 seconds the indicator stop flash which means finishing water input.

Note: I t is normal phenomenon for the nozzle comes out and flows when open the  angle valve and get the water supply. After power is on, the nozzle will go back and stop flowing.
Function confirmation

  1. Please check each function according t o the manual.

  2. Switch on the power and put a wet towel or cloth on sensor area. After 1 minute, the water will be heated as seat temperature and the warm air will work when you press the dry key.

  3. The remote has been matched with the toilet in the factory . If you change a remote, then need to match code again. (Long press side button for 5 seconds till heard “BEEP” sound, the LCD display will blink at the same time, then press “STOP” button on the remote controller, will heard “BEEP” sound again, LCD display stop blink, pair finished.

  4. when there i s no power supply, no function can work except the non-electrict flush toilet.

  5.  Three ways of flushing toilet:
    a. Automatic flush after use
    b. Use remote control or side panel“flush’function when no body seated
    c. Use manual flush button which also work when no power

Maintenance

Seat Cleaning
Important: Unplug the product from the power source before cleaning or removing the seat.
Use a soft, damp cloth and mild cleanser to wipe down the seat .DO NOT scrub or use harsh, abrasive products to clean the product. DO NOT use thinner, benzene, acidic  hemicals, chloride, or hydrochloric acid detergent. This may result in corrosion to the metal parts or discoloration or scratches to the bidet body.
Nozzle Cleaning

  1. Please clean the nozzle frequently. Press “rear o r front wash” button when no body seated so that the nozzle will come out. Then clean it with tooth brush or of cloth.
  2. Please do not over pull the nozzle. Press the“stop’” button after finished cleaning sothat the nozzle will go back automatically.

Water filter Cleaning

  1. Turn off the angle valve.
  2. Turn off the water filter with a screw driver or a coin .
  3. Wash the filter with brush.
  4. Install it back t o the angle valve.

Short term non-use:
If the product will not be used for more than a few weeks, you can simply unplug it. You may also consider shutting the water supply off at the wall for extra precaution.
Long-time non-use

  1. Stop the power supply.
  2. Stop the water supply.
  3. Lift up the main body .
  4. Screw out the drainage screw and drain out water.
  5. Put the drainage screw back.

Change built-in 9V battery

  1. Stop the power supply
  2. Stop the water supply
  3. Rise the toilet cover
  4. Release the cover of the battery
  5. Repalce a new QV battery

Troubleshooting

 I f the bidet appears to be operating abnormally, please review the trouble shooting tips before contact our service center as most issues are easily resolved with a few simple  teps. I f you are unable to resolve the issue after checking the following items, please contact us then.
Check before continuing:
Make sure the bidet i s connected to power and the outlet i s working properly Make sure the Remote Control has fresh batteries and they are installed correctly (3xAAA)Make sure main water supply valve i s open.
Confirm there are no leaks from hoses or water supply.
Make sure Mesh Filter i s clean and free of build up or debris.
After checking items above, refer t o the following troubleshooting chart for addition al solutions.

This electronic bidet has been designed and manufactured with great care and attention to detail. We offer 12 months warranty.
In the following cases the warranty does not apply:
a ) Damage or loss sustained in fire , earth quake, flood, thunder, or other act  of providence, pollution, gas damage, salt damage and abnormal voltage.
b) Damage or loss resulting from any installation against the installation manual, any unreasonable use, mise, abuse, negligence against the cautionary statements of owner’s  anual and label on the product, or improper maintenance of the product against the user manual.
c) Damage or loss resulting from modification ,disassembly and destruction of the product .
d) Damage or loss resulting from water stain retention, sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system.
e ) Damage or loss resulting from the quality o f water in the region where the product is used.
f) Damage or loss resulting from relocation after installment , improper installation or hazardous environment.
g) Damage or loss resulting from detect other than product such as change in shape o f building frame.
h) Damage or loss resulting from bite by animals or insects such as mouse or residual o f dead animals or insets .
i) Damage or loss resulting from freeze o f prodct .

Important
If you want to dispose this product, do not mix it with general household waste. There is a separate collection system for used electronic product in accordance with  egislation that requires proper treatment, recovery and recycling.
Only discard discharged batteries. They should not be disposed of with household waste, but rather at appropriate collection sites.
