Assembly Instructions

Section 1: V Basket

Step 1: Unpack the game and open the pre-attached back U foot. Angle it backwards for stability and hand-tighten the wing nuts.
Step 2: Insert the V basket upper portion into the notches using provided bolts. Hand-tighten the wing nuts facing the back of the unit.
Step 3: Attach the ball collector box on the two screws to complete assembly.

Game Variations

Classic Game: 2 players or 2 teams take turns tossing their color ball into the basket.
Speed Toss: 2 teams or players toss colored balls non-stop into the basket.
Ball Bounce Game: 2 players or teams alternate bouncing their color balls into the basket.
Solitary Game: 1 player throws balls into the basket alternating colors, trying to avoid getting four in a row of one color.

Welcome to the “Battle Toss®” Family! Thank you for your purchase of this fun and challenging game. We have designed Battle Toss® to be super quick to assemble with no tools needed. But before we get to the easy assembly, we wanted to let you know a few facts about this unique game. Battle Toss® was designed by a family for family fun. Designed in the heart of Northern Ohio, Russell and Debbie perfected the design and received their US patent (#10,493,343) in 2019. They started hand-making the game in their wood shop in their hometown of Brook Park, Ohio, and sold it in-person at local fairs and weekend markets gaining an initial following. From there they opened their website and began taking orders and shipping direct to the consumers. Since this early launch, Battle Toss® has been enjoyed by many in the USA, Canada and Germany. It’s been “battle” tested at family events, tailgates, parties, and bars and taverns with great reviews

Now let’s show you how to quickly assemble your Battle Toss

This product contains small plastic balls – keep away from children and pets!

WARNING:

CHOKING HAZARD- Small parts not for children under 3 years or any individuals who have a tendency to place inedible objects in their mouths.

Battle Toss® comes packed with three main sections and is easy to assemble within a few minutes.

Section 1 is the “V” basket.
Section 2 is the “Cascade” base and ball collector box with ball stopper.
Section 3 is the ball box.

Installation Instruction

STEP 1:

Once you unpack the game, open the pre-attached back “U” foot and angle it backwards so the base is stable. Hand-tighten the wing nuts as shown to left in Fig 1.

STEP 2:

Take the “V” basket upper portion of the game and insert it into the notches using the two bolts provided. Take the wing nuts and hand-tighten them. Wing nuts should be facing the back of the unit as shown in Fig 2. Pull the front of the “V” basket downward toward the front of the game where the channels are

STEP 3:

Attach the ball collector box on the two screws. It should slide on them easily so your assembled game looks like Fig 4.

In addition to being set up on the floor or backyard, your Battle Toss® features two small wall hooks for easy mounting on the wall in your office, den, or patio deck! (We recommend, if attaching on drywall, you use two drywall screws with anchors commonly found in any home center chain or hardware stores). 3M Command™ brand hooks could also be used that hold up to 20 lbs. of weight – although the unit only weighs about 10 lbs.).

GAME VARIATIONS

BATTLE TOSS® is a game in which two teams made up of one or more players alternate tossing their colored balls into the “V” basket at the top of the game base. The throwing distance is agreed upon by the teams prior to their battle. (We recommend starting at 7 – 10 feet). The team that aligns four of their colored balls in a row (either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) wins the battle. Battle Toss® combines entertainment, friendly competition, skill, and a little luck! You can even play BATTLE TOSS® by yourself!

CLASSIC GAME:

2 players or 2 teams alternate tossing their color ball into the basket by taking turns, one ball toss at a time.

SPEED TOSS:

2 teams or 2 players toss their colored balls (one at a time) non-stop into the game basket.

BALL BOUNCE GAME:

2 players or 2 teams alternate bouncing their color balls into the game basket. Ball must bounce once before going into the game basket. (Sort of like a deluxe “beer pong” game).

SOLITARY GAME:

1 player throws balls into the basket one at a time alternating colors. Player tries to use as many of the balls as possible without getting four in a row of one color
