Product Installation
- Put the positioning stickers on the mounting position of the wall, and use a proper drilling tool to drill 2 holes at the position located.
- Insert wall anchors before installing the screws.
- Install the mounting bracket, use the install screws to screw the mounting bracket directly into your wall.
- Mount the Camera, Align the two screws on the base of Cam with the small holes on the mounting bracket and push down into the slots, securely locking it.
Noted
Flexible installation support ceiling install and lay flat.

One phone can connect to an endless number of cameras through Bluetooth, and you can use the sharing feature.
Is it possible to view the camera on a computer or laptop?****
The Konnek Stein Cloud App and PC software are compatible with this camera.
When it’s on a table and I look at it, it’s upside down. How can I view it?****
If you wish to place the camera on top of a tall piece of furniture, it can work great. You may discover “How to set up camera?” instructions. After clicking “rotate 180°,” the image or video will ordinarily display.
Operate a ring?****
I’m not sure, but I’ve used it to keep an eye on my cat and dog and it works great. It’s funny how they freak out when I use the voice feature.
Does it work with my phone’s hotspot?****
Although I can’t guarantee it won’t work with your phone, it didn’t for me. My attempts to connect to my hotspot network “worked,” but only for a little period of time each time. I have AT&T and typically don’t experience any other wireless troubles. The software then promptly prompted me to connect to a network with just an error warning. So, I’m going to guess that it’s not, but I can’t be sure.
Can many cameras be connected to the same app account?****
As long as the network can support the device, there are no restrictions on this connection.

I wirelessly linked two cameras. It only requires concentration.
Can you change the recording time, say, from 1 second to 30 minutes?****
A single recording file on an SD card is fixed for one minute, while the firmware only allows for five to six seconds of cloud recording. They cannot be adjusted since they are already set.
Can I use Blue Iris with this camera?****
The device only supports version 2.6, so it wasn’t compatible with my internet setup. For a complete refund, I returned it.
Does it have an SD card slot? If so, can you remotely retrieve files from the card?****
It does include an SD card port, however in order to view the SD card video files on a computer, you must first copy them over using the VLC programme. Only a mobile phone APP can be used for remote playing.
Is the camera battery rechargeable by USB or does it require constant USB connection?****
Since it is an indoor camera, a USB connection must always be made.
