Zempire 0252104-001 Aerospeed Footprints HD

INSTRUCTIONS

Your footprint is designed to protect the tent floor from dirt and damage. Footprints also make packing up your tent cleaner and faster.

  1. Test Run
Practice pitching your tent and footprint at home to ensure you understand the process.

  2. Pick A Site
When picking a site for your tent, try to find an area that is sheltered, flat and free from sharp objects. If possible, position your tent with the front door facing away from the prevailing wind. Also, try not to pitch your tent under trees as falling branches and sap can damage the tent.

  3. Unpacking
When you take your footprint out for the first time, take a moment to see how it is packed or take a photo with your phone. This will help you when it comes to packing your footprint away.

  4. Layout
Unroll the footprint with the Zempire logo facing up. Place the footprint in the position that you would like to pitch your Aerospeed tent. Peg out the four corners being sure that the footprint is sitting squarely with no distortions and is sitting flat. Peg the remaining peg points around the footprint (if any). Pegs should be fitted at an angle away from the footprint at 45°.

  5. Pitch Your Tent
Position the tent over the footprint with the outer edge of the tent sitting outside the perimeter of the footprint (your footprint is sized slightly smaller that the tent floor). Inflate and pitch the tent as per instructions.

  6. PackAway
When rolling your footprint away, lay the carry bag down beside the footprint and fold the footprint to 3/4 the length of the bag. Roll the footprint and secure with the supplied webbing straps and fit back into carry bag.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Do not store your footprint dirty. Clean your footprint by rinsing with warm water and scrubbing with a soft towel or brush.
  2. Never pack your footprint away wet. If you must pack your footprint away when wet, ensure that it is dried completely as soon as possible to prevent mildew forming.
  3. If mildew does form on your footprint, wash off with warm water and a soft brush to prevent further growth, do not use soap or detergents.
  4. This footprint is not intended to be used as a shelter or shade sail.
