Placing an Order on Axial3D INSIGHT:

Log in to your account on orders.axial3d.com

Click “Create Order Now”:
- Choose a specialty from the dropdown list
- If needed, select “Alternative Pathology”
- Click on the desired item to start ordering

Choose Order Type:

Select the items you wish to order (e.g., 3D Visual, 3D
Print-Ready File) -
Provide patient details, surgery/pathology date requirements,
3D model specifics

Provide DICOMs:
- Upload data or refer to PACS for approved PACS Email
Accessing Your Order on Axial3D INSIGHT:
- Log in to your account on orders.axial3d.com
- Go to “My Orders”:
- Click on the specific case
- Monitor progress with the progress bar
- View 3D Visualization on screen and access file downloads

A: Log in to your account, go to “My Orders,” and click on the
specific case to view the progress bar.
Q: What if I encounter issues with DICOM data upload?
A: If there are any issues with data upload, you will receive an
alert. Refer to PACS or provide the approved PACS Email as an
alternative method.

How to Place an Order on Axial3D INSIGHT
1. Log in to your account on orders.axial3d.com 2. Click Create Order Now
Choose a specialty from dropdown list If you don’t see what you are looking
for, select Alternative Pathology Once you have found your solution, simply
click on the Item to begin ordering.
3. Choose Order Type (all include 3D visual) Select the ones you want to
order – 3D Visual, 3D Print-Ready File, 3D Mesh or 3D Print Provide Details of
Patient Birth Year and Gender Date Required By Surgery/Pathology/Case 3D Model
Requirements – color, cuts , areas to not include, type of material (for
physical prints), model usage
4. Provide Shipping Details
5. Provide DICOMs via two options Upload the data yourself. You will see an
alert if there are any issues with the data. Refer to PACS. Enter the approved
PACS Email and provide the information requested.

How to Access Your Order Once Ready
1. Log in to your account on orders.axial3d.com 2. Go to My Orders
Click on case The progress bar will update as your model is created, here is
where you can see the stage your order is at.
3. View 3D Visualization on screen from here
Notes about the case
4. Click on File Summary to download files and then click on Download 3D Product Files to save the files to your computer.
