1. Installation
1.1 Unpack the Industrial Ethernet Switch and ensure all package
contents are present.
1.2 Choose between DIN-rail or wall-mount installation using the
provided kits.
2. Power Connection
2.1 Connect the power source (12~48V DC or 24V AC) to the
terminal block according to the provided pin configuration.
3. Network Connection
3.1 Connect Ethernet cables to the RJ45 ports of the switch.
3.2 Ensure proper auto-negotiation and MDI/MDI-X settings for
network communication.

3. Hardware Introduction
3.1 Three-View Diagram
The three-view diagram of the Industrial Ethernet Switch consists of five or
eight auto-sensing 10/100BASE-TX RJ45 port and one removable 6-pin terminal
block. The LED indicators are also located on the front panel.

3.5 Wiring the Power Inputs
The 6-contact terminal block connector on the top panel of Industrial Ethernet
Switch is used for two DC redundant power inputs. Please follow the steps
below to insert the power wire by professionals.
When performing any of the procedures like inserting the wires or tightening
the wire-clamp screws, make sure the power is OFF to prevent from getting an
electric shock.

3.6 Wiring the Fault Alarm Contact
The fault alarm contacts are in the middle of the terminal block connector as
the picture shows below. Inserting the wires, the Industrial Ethernet Switch
will detect the fault status of the power failure and then forms an open
circuit. The following illustration shows an application example for wiring
the fault alarm contacts.

3.7 Grounding the Device
Users MUST complete grounding wired with power cord adapter or power supply
source should be connected to a socket outlet with an earthing connection;
otherwise, a sudden lightning could cause fatal damage to the device

4. Installation
This section describes the functionalities of the Industrial Ethernet Switch’s
components and guides you to installing it on the DIN rail and wall. Please
read this chapter completely before continuing.
This following pictures show the user how to install the device, and the
device is not ISW-500T or ISW-800T.

4.2 Wall-mount Plate Mounting
Mount on product or wall (Screw size and quantity: 4mm (L), 3mm (dia.) and

4.3 Side Wall-mount Plate Mounting
You must use the screws supplied with the wall-mounting brackets. Damage
caused to the parts by using incorrect screws would invalidate your warranty.
