Instructions For Installation And Use

  • 1- Cargo Rack
  • 1- Receiver bar
  • 2- Support braces
  • 2- 5/16″ x 5″ bolts
  • 4- 5/16″ 2-3/4″ bolts
  • 6- 5/16″ locknuts
  • 12 -Flat washers
  1. Attach the receiver bar and support braces to the cargo rack using the 5/16″ x 5″ bolts, locknuts, and flat washers provided. Snug locknuts, but do not tighten completely. (Fig. 2)
  2. Fasten the ends of the support braces to the cargo rack, (Fig. 3) using the 5/16″ x 2-3/4″ bolts, locknuts, and flat washers provided.
    • Note: braces will bend in this process. Tighten all fasteners
  3. Insert the receiver bar of the HITCH-N-RIDE into the receiver hitch of the vehicle and secure it with the receiver hitch pin (not included). (Fig. 4 & 5)
    • HNR1000 CAPACITY: 400 LBS. DISTRIBUTED WEIGHT
    • HNR2000 CAPACITY: 400 LBS. DISTRIBUTED WEIGHT
    • WARNING: ALWAYS MAKE SURE RECEIVER HITCH PIN IS IN PLACE AND SECURED*
    • WARNING: ALL CARGO SHOULD BE INSPECTED AND PROPERLY SECURED BEFORE TRAVELING*
    • WARNING: DO NOT EXCEED THE WEIGHT CAPACITY OF THE HITCH-N-RIDE*
    • WARNING: NEVER ALLOW PASSENGERS TO RIDE ON THE HITCH-N-RIDE*
    • READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE HITCH-N-RIDE
    • NOTE: Failure to read instructions before use could result in injury or death
