Product Usage Instructions
Front Mounting (RCR34F)
- Refer to the diagram and parts list to ensure all necessary parts are available.
- Remove the factory push pin from the fender hole #9.
- Install the spring nut over the hole where the push pin was removed.
- Remove the 3 factory bolts from fender holes #6 to #8.
- Insert the mud flap through holes #1 to #3 into factory holes #6 to #8 using factory screws and washers.
- Secure the mud flap to the spring nut through factory hole #9 using the provided bolt.
- Ensure the mud flap is level using a bubble level or square.
- Secure the mud flap with a lock washer and hex nut.
- Repeat the procedure on the passenger side.
Rear Mounting (GCR34R)
- Refer to the mounting diagram for important details, especially for flare and non-flare applications.
- Remove the 3 factory bolts from fender holes #7 to #9.
- For trucks with OE flare, install the mud flap into factory fender holes #7 to #9 through mud flap holes #1 to #3.
- Secure the mud flap into the plastic liner hole #10 through mud flap hole #4 using the provided washers and screws.
- Loosely secure at this point and proceed with tightening once all connections are made.
IMPORTANT: The manufacturer is not responsible for negligent use of vehicle with mud flaps installed, including over-tightening of screws and bolts causing damage to vehicle or mud flaps.

INSTALLATION
- Before you install your Gatorback Mud Flap, see the diagram and parts list for all necessary parts.
- Remove factory push pin from fender (Hole #9).
- Pull back liner and install spring nut to sit over hole where push pin was removed. (See Diagram).
- Remove 3 factory bolts from fender holes #6 to #8.
- Install mud flap through holes #1 to #3 into factory holes #6 to #8 using factory screws and 1-1/2” stainless steel washers (018066).
- Install mud flap to spring nut through factory hole #9 using provided bolt (016041).
- Using a bubble level or square, ensure that the mud flap is level. Viewing the vehicle from the back, the outer edge of the mud flap should appear parallel to the tires.
- Carefully tighten all fasteners. Ensure that the mud flap has remained level.
- Drill ¼” hole through mud flap hole #5 into plastic liner, creating hole #10.
- Secure flap through hole #5 to plastic liner hole #10 with a machine screw (012022), 2 stainless steel washers (018081), a lock washer (024001), and a hex nut (025003).
- Repeat procedure on passenger side.

For ease of installation, it is suggested that the wheel be removed.

Before you install your Gatorback Mud Flap, see the diagram and parts list for all necessary parts.
- Remove the 3 factory bolts from holes #7 to #9 in the fender.

For trucks with OE flare, install mud flap into factory fender holes #7 to #9 through mud flap holes #1 to #3 using factory screws and supplied 1-1/2” washers (018066), and into plastic liner hole #10 through mud flap hole #4 using a factory screw and a supplied 1” washer (018081). Loosely secure at this point.
- For trucks without flare, install mud flap into factory fender holes #7 to #9 through mud flap holes #1 to #3 using factory screw and supplied 1-1/2” washers (018066). Loosely secure at this point.

Using a bubble level or square, ensure that the mud flap is level. Viewing the vehicle from the back, the outer edge of the mud flap should appear parallel to the tires.

Carefully tighten all fasteners. Ensure that the mud flap has remained level.

For mud flaps with full liner, drill ¼” hole through mud flap hole #5 into plastic molding (#11) nFor mud flaps with half liner, drill ¼” hole through mud flap hole #13 into plastic molding (#14)

Secure flap to plastic liner with a machine screw (012022), 2 stainless steel washers (018031), a lock washer (024001), and a hex nut (025003).

Drill ¼” hole through mud flap hole #6 into plastic molding (#12)

Install spring nut on hole #12 on plastic liner (see diagram).
Secure using bolt (016041) and 1-1/2” flat washer (018066). -
Repeat procedure on passenger side.
