- WARNING: Never leave the child unattended.
- WARNING: Always use the restraint system.
- WARNING: Falling hazard: Prevent your child from climbing on the product.
- WARNING: Make sure the safety harness is fitted correctly.
- WARNING: This highchair is only suitable for children who can sit up unaided (approx. 6-9 months) up to 36 months & up to 15kgs.
- WARNING: Do not use the highchair unless the components are correctly fitted and adjusted.
- WARNING: Be aware of the risk of tilting when your child can push their feet against a table or any other structure.
- WARNING: Keep children away when folding and unfolding the product to avoid injury.
- WARNING: Be aware of where you position the highchair. Do not place near strong sources of heat such as gas fires or heaters or anywhere near the risk of open fire.
- Do not use the highchair if you notice any broken parts, missing parts, or if there are tears or damage to the product. Only use manufacturer-approved spare parts.
- Only use on flat, stable surfaces.
- Do not lift the highchair or adjust the seat height with the child sitting in it.
- Take time to ensure all users are familiar with the operations of the product.
- The removable tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair
- The highchair should be assembled by adults only.
- Keep small parts out of the reach of children. Small parts represent a choking hazard.

Care & Maintenance
- Before use ensure all locking devices work correctly & regularly
- Wipe down all plastic or metal parts with a damp cloth using mild soap. Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before use.
- Light soiling of the seat pad can be removed with a damp cloth using mild soap. Do not tumble dry, or dry clean, nor should you use strong detergents or abrasive materials on this product.
- Inspect the highchair regularly for signs of wear. Never use the highchair if it does not function as it should.
- The use of antibacterial wipes and sprays and other household detergents or cleaners may cause the materials to harden and become brittle and crack. Clean with a mild soapy solution with warm water.

Warranty
- We provide a 1-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects.
- The warranty period is effective from the day of purchase and applies to the UK and Ireland.
- If you made your purchase from an authorized retailer, please return your product to them.
- If you bought your product via our website; mybabie.com, please contact our Customer Service team via email (info@mybabie.com).
- We are happy to refund any product if you change your mind about your purchase (if purchased from our website, mybabiie.com.)
- As long as you tell us within 30 days of receiving your goods. They must be returned in an unused condition, in the original, undamaged packaging, and complete with all original parts and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
What is not covered by the Guarantee?
- Failure to follow My Babiie user guide and maintenance instructions.
- Damage caused by non-domestic use
- General wear and tear, for example, worn wheels, damaged rain covers, and worn/torn fabric.
- Deliberate damage, misuse, or neglect.
- A product that has been modified, undergone an unauthorized repair, or used a non-approved spare part.
- For car seats that have been involved in an accident, we recommend all car seats should be replaced it involved in an accident. Cosmetic damage.
- Parts are subject to normal wear and tear, foam handles, rubber elements of wheels, and signs of fabric wear.
- Loss incurred as a result of not being able to use a product whilst waiting for a spare part or repair.
- A repair service is available for any item that sustains accidental damage at any point during its lifespan. If the damages are not covered by our guarantee, we will provide a quote for the repair costs on an individual basis.
- If you find yourself in need of spare parts that are not covered by the warranty, you can purchase each spare part on our website (subject to availability).
