TROUBLESHOOTING
- Wireless charging is not supported by all devices. Please review your device’s manual or search the internet to confirm that it supports wireless charging.
- The Book Charger does not have a built-in battery, it must be plugged into a power source to wirelessly charge a device.
- Cellphone cases can obstruct wireless charging. Test Steps 1 & 2 Charging With The Book Charger.
- For best performance, plug the Book Charger into a USB wall adapter with a 2 Amp or greater power output. lf using a computer USB, note that a USB 2.0 port provides up to 0.5 Amps while a UsB 3.0 provides up to 0.9 Amps.

In order to prevent conditions that can lead to overheating, please make sure that the wireless charging pad surface is free of all metal objects at all times, such as coins or paper clips. In addition, before charging, please remove anything metallic attached to the back of the phone, such as battery cases, ring holders, or plates used for mounting to magnetic phone holders.
