More than 10 years of experience in pet products tells me that all the products with water pumps on the market may have water pumps not working after a period of time! It can cause some problems for customer experience.

1. Our pump component is strictly selected, before leaving the factory has been tested by 7 testing procedures, but it is still possible to work abnormally Uust possible).

USAGE METHOD

1. Take out the water tank and other accessories, and install all the components correctly (refer to the product installation diagram).
2. For the first time, please rinse the water tank and all accessories with running water, except the USB interface and adapter.
3. Add water to the water tank to make the water level between the MIN and MAX.
4. Plug the USB power and the water dispenser will start working.

Tips:

1. Please keep the water level higher than the pump, otherwise, the pump will be noisy or damaged.
2. Users can reduce the sound of the pump by adding more water to the water tank or by adjusting the water flow of the pump to the minimum.

PRODUCT INSTALLATION DIAGRAM

1. The upper and lower order is shown on the left. The assembly is consistent with the figure below.
2. Install the pump, hose, and lid first, and then put the pump to the bottom of the water tank.
3. Adjust hose depth according to the situation. The pump is close to the bottom of the tank.

CLEANING PRECAUTIONS

• Please clean the water tank and accessories when using it for the first time. Please soak the filter in water for 10 minutes and rinse it thoroughly under running water before use. It is recommended to replace the filter every 2 weeks.
• For the multiple pets owners, the filter will be replaced more frequently. Recom­mend to clean the water tank, water pump, and filter every 1-2 weeks. Use the cleaning brush to clean the elbow area. Use any soft cloth to clean the water tank and all accessories.
• Disconnect the power outlet before cleaning.

SUBMERSIBLE PUMP DISASSEMBLING METHOD

• Dismantle and clean each component weekly as shown above
• Use your nails to remove the pump cover

TAKE CARE TO CLEAN THE PUMP

1. lf your water pump becomes louder and louder or it does not work after a period of use, all these are to remind you that the water pump needs to be disassembled and washed, as too many impurities inside it have affected its normal operation.
2. We recommended cleaning the sponge of the pump once a week, and cleaning water pump every 2 weeks to extend the life of the pump.
